My name is Samantha Wayne and I have been creating advocacy videos on UA-cam since 2009. This channel was formerly known as Live Hope Lupus and was created in order to start a community for those living with chronic illnesses. In September 2019, I transitioned to a plant-based diet and I have found my body is responding well to it. Along with my lifestyle change, I am learning to alter my focus more on the positive. My current content will focus on my healing journey, what food I am eating, and everyday life. I will still be posting an occasional update about my health. I hope you all are ready to join me on this crazy journey of healing. We are all learning how to navigate this life together. If you have subscribed, thank you! I appreciate your support and look forward to talking with you all in the comments.

You look amazing in everything you tried on!
Thank you!
Hey! I’m also 6’ tall. I really want to pick up their new High Waisted Side Flap Pocket Cargo Flare Casual Leggings but I don’t see an inseam listed anywhere on the site. I sent them a DM on insta and I hope they get back with decent news! I’m usually a 35-36” inseam, but I’m assuming their these leggings are very stretchy so maybe I could get away with a 30-32” depending on stretch. If you happen to try any of their flare designs, please let me know how long they are and if they were worth it. I need some good pants headed into fall and it’s so hard to find 😭
If you get any info please share! I have around the same inseam and have similar questions
wow look so pretty tall.. what size wear shoes ??
Can you please tell me how the pull-on pants fit tall women needing at least a 36" inseam? Is there also any amount of hem that I could let down if the finished inseam is only 34"? With today's tall women, 6' tall and over, 34" inseam in my opinion, doesn't meet the classification of tall.
Samantha!💙💙💙 what have you been doing. You look great and healthy. A little muscular even. I love all the outfits on you. What are you eating and taking, exercising and supplements for your lupus? I’m on steroids and I need to get off of them like ASAP. I’m really trying to get more of my inflammation done!
Awe, thank you! I am currently pescatarian but eat vegan throughout most of the week. Green smoothies everyday and pilates reformer classes 2x/week. Good luck on getting off of the steriods. They are tough to get off but you'll get there!
Hi Samantha How are you doing?
I have visited your channel almost three times a week to see if you upload any of your news. I hope you are doing well:)
Finally a woman as tall as me doing a review and same weight 🤣
Hi Sam I got diagnosed with Lupus SLE which led to my kidneys failing..I have had chemotherapy and kidney dialysis back in June 2019 father's Day(I'm in the UK)so now I'm on a lot of immunosuppressive tablets to keep me on the norm. I have been watching you since sometime in lockdown and you help me with my positivity and not letting the diagnosis get me down. Here in the UK not many people know about it so when they get to know about my condition they look at me stupid ☺️ I just want you to know that I think you are amazing and are a true worrier. Me and my wife wish you all the luck in the universe, keep smashing it and stay safe in this crazy time we are all in."May I ask have the doctors got you on loads of meds because I take a lot to keep my immune system in check and it really gets me down sometimes"? Stay safe and Rambo it Hun
Hello. So sorry to hear about your kidneys failing. I am on immunosuppressants as well. Currently I am taking Cellcept (2000 mg/day) and hydroxychloroquine (400mg/day). It is definitely not fun but sometimes it is what is best to keep us going. It gets me down sometimes as well, especially when I have to go back on other meds like prednisone. Keep you head up!
@@HealWithSamantha The doctors put me on Mycophenolic acid 1440mg daily, hydroxychloroquin 200mg daily, along with sodium chloride tablets,Lansoprazole, and I was on 60mg of prednisolone back in 2019 but iv been cut down to 5mg a day now and I ain't got a clue when they'll stop them.
It's just nice to know there is other people out there like me because at times you feel on your own. Thank you for your reply you really have made me so happy. Stay safe and keep posting you keep me sane lol X
I'm glad iv found you on UA-cam.
