Nice one - I’ve been thinking - you might be better to film from as far away as possible, I reckon there’s likely to be asbestos dust flying here there and everywhere. Don’t fancy being in the adjoining row either, I bet there’ll be plenty going bump bumpety bump in the night..eek I wonder if the hotel next doors owners or manager etc have been allowed to stay...I’d be very surprised if they have 😱
They must have to be so skillful at their job , especially when there is a adjoining building. They must feel and hear every sound from the machinery nextdoor.

I was pretty close to the sea wall so couldn't go any further back.
and yes, it's got to be pretty unnerving for the folks next door.
You really are doing some amazing filming well done I'm enjoying watching what is happening close to my home during lockdown I thank you very much
The skill of this operator is amazing.
They're doing a great job. It can't be easy to do stuff like this.
The curtains in the penthouse apartment blowing gently - brilliant footage.
We were all waiting for that penthouse to crash down but it didn't. He took bits out carefully from the top.
Remember pricing to rebuild that dormer 12 years ago when the roof got taken off in a storm
Who else was waiting on that penthouse window falling on its own and was disappointed when he took it out with the grab? 😀😀

Are they taking the whole thing down
Only the bottom two floors, the remaining floors above remain intact.
All the "pro" operators commenting on the speed ha ha. Better footage from a nibble
Your camera is really poor at focusing
Sounds windy, try standing there with a camera when its blowing a gale, been there done it :-)
It's years old and just a little point and press one. It's tough to hold it still sometimes.
