Thx Briggsy for inspiring me! Last week I finally caught my first ever tuna! You made me dream big and it came true! A 30+kg fish landbased on 50 pound braid and 100 pound leader on an 2015 saltiga 5000 and saltiga rod. Still can't believe it! Greetings from Italy ❤️
He’s spot on when he said there’s no better feeling than catching a top fish on your own lure, it makes it so much more special, I destroyed my pb’s on my own, topwater and divers
Да, это так. Большое удовольствие делать приманку и большое удовольствие на нее ловить рыбу. Последние два года я ловлю рыбу только на приманки, которые делаю сам.
Yes it is. It's a lot of fun to make bait and a lot of fun to fish with it. For the last two years I have been fishing only with baits that I make myself.
@@Клд_Спиннинг nice mate, I’m the same but making them a little longer, I can’t bring myself to use anything other than my own lures but they do work very well on what I chase
@@peppipoohductionswakashunt3157Yes, I don’t want to fish with bait from the store. My lures catch fish well and I'm happy. And I like making bait, this is also an important point. I have a good time creating my lures. A wonderful dual hobby.

Another land based masterpiece Briggsy, thank you. But maaaate! Will you please stop taking those Malosi Bro’s out with you! Please mate .. they’re not spending anywhere near enough time in ‘The Studio’ creating and crafting those extraordinary bloody lures of theirs! I’ve whinged and whined by email to them … Got a great reply from Jon, and then a week and a bit later got stuck up on the wrong side of a flooded river in Cape York and missed the last drop! That take right in front of John's feet was absolutely psycho!! Briggsy, I don't think there's a better fishing UA-cam editor alive. Your cuts are sick bro 😎
Bro these Malossi stickbaits are so beautiful. they would make great results here in Polynesia also, don't even need to see how they swim lol I love your personal color choice Pink fluo, this is my early morning favorite , Pink fluo or Pink and glow , whatever it's for stickbait or jig ... great video as always brother! much mana from Tahiti !
Your a bloody legend briggsy thanks for all the awesome content brother your an inspiration 🤙 may I ask where you get your jig heads from (the ones you use at the beach)
What shoes would you go for wading the flats around Cairns and Townsville etc? Reckon the volleys would be alright? Maybe even a few drill holes, turn the fuckers into crocs Might be onto something there volley crocs
Hi Mate, there actually used to be a purpose built Volley with drainage! They were great but haven't seen them for years. Yeah I use Volleys wading, they fill up but don't hold too much water so are OK for wading I reckon.
Hi Mate, on my main head camera I shoot with these settings 5.3k 25fps superview smooth|on bitrate|high shutter|auto EVcomp|-0.5 WhiteBalance|5000K ISOmin|100 ISOmax|400 Sharpness|low Color|Natural Wind|on I would have owned 20+ gopros and over all the years of using them I've found there are good and bad cameras within each release, I'll buy cameras from each release but only use one for proper, all day long, constant rolling filming (where the stakes are high and i'm spending 1000s of $ on a trip to get rad fish and have to know i can trust the camera will work well) if it's a good one... For instance right now I have two 10's and one 11. One of the 10's over heats, has issues with not turning off (where you need to pull the battery out etc.) I use this camera for my water footage where I only need to shoot for 1min or so at a time. The other 10 is perfect and gives no issues unless in extremely hot, still and sunny conditions, where it will over heat after about 40min of filming, but 99% of the time it can shoot non stop back to back battery changes with no issues at all, this is my main head cam. The 11 I have around my neck and only turn on once i've hooked up (because it overheats with in about 18min of filming), I have it on hyperview which shortens it's time rolling before overheating but with it on superview it'll still overheat after about 25min filming. Bottom line is (in my experience) you could buy 100 gopro's of the same model and half of them will give issues and the other half work exponentially better with minimal issues. When I do buy a good one I hold onto it for a long time and only replace it when I happen to buy another new good one that doesn't give issues. Because of this I've sometimes still been using a GoPro 6 when they are upto 9 in their releases because i was yet to get a issue free one in 7, 8s and 9s! My personal thoughts on what GoPro should do about it is release a pro model that will shoot forever with no overheating or other issues for people who are using these cameras professionally (it'd pay ten grand for a gopro that was 100% reliable!), and have their normal model for recreational users where there's no major ramifications of losing footage due to camera issues. That was a long, semi emotional response haha because of the years and years of trouble i've had with these cameras, but I hope it helps you out in some way mate! Yew!
@@harrygoodenoughsame question. My thoughts as follows. they will work but you might as well use a swivel to split ring straight to the lure. Otherwise it's swivel then split ring then quick clip. Seems like a bit too much hardware Infront of the lure??
Man absolutely love this stuff. I'm also really jealous you guys can share your fishing marks like this given the remoteness!! Here in Cornwall I'd be burnt at the stake for posting footage like this of my marks haha
