Fafda and Vanela Gathiya are the most popular varieties. Fafda Gathiya are also known as Pata Gathiya. Other popular Gathiya are Bhavnagri Gathiya, Tikha Gathiya and Makhaniya Gathiya. Today in this video I have presented a perfect method of making Makhaniya Gathiya at home. This gathiya can be stored up to 15 days.     250 grams besan (बेसन)
    ½ cup peanut oil (तेल)
    ½ cup water (पानी)
    ½ tsp salt (नमक)
    ¼ tsp papad kharo (पापड़ खार)
    ½ tsp crushed black pepper (काली मिर्च)
    ½ tsp ajwain (अजवाइन)
    Green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
    Tea (चाय)
