Ingredients:
Gram flour or Besan flour 2 cup
Water
Oil for frying
Ghee fried cashew and raisin

Sugar Syrup:
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Yellow food color
Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp

Tips and Tricks:
Oil must be hot enough. Otherwise the Boondies will become flat.
If the oil is smoking hot boondies will get burnt
If the boondies are crispy ladoo will become hard
Cook boondies only for 30 seconds. Boondies should not be crispy for making soft ladoo.
Clean your ladle every time before making making boondies.
After sugar dissolves in water 3 minutes on medium low flame.
When the sugar syrup is just sticky add boondies.
