      Stfu we powder coat parts that size using 1 gun each hand in a matter of seconds , I came here for the settings to make myself faster . Quality before quantity we make both .

    2:45 The corners where the sheet metal is broke at a 90 both have Faraday spots. Would have liked to see that covered more than the long corners. Not being cynical, just honest. I usually have to "shove" the powder in a quick motion while releasing the trigger to try to basically throw it into the spots without a charge.

      I've noticed with the harder to reach places like tight corners and angles, if you spray slowly in a circular motion around the part from all angles, top bottom left right up down, the powder will stick from the back as you spray around the part

    What were the settings on the unit?

      Hello John, The settings was on Super Pulse Power mode in (F) mode which tackles Faraday Cage Areas. Check out this video below for more information on the different settings. Hope this help!

      I don't think so just for environmental protection purpose in anywhere! Just a simple spray booth~~~
