Hi this is scooter Steve I bought that box from Golden deals it's supposed to have 17 applications like you're showing I only get four applications in it what the heck's going on I turn the box on again and I go to the app store it's only showing for applications it's not showing what you're showing on the videos it never did other people told me they're having the same problem they're not getting any of the ABS are only getting four ABS why do you keep showing up on UA-cam and telling people they're 17 there isn't that is a false statement if you look at one of my videos I made I showed on UA-cam the truth it only shows for applications on the superbox elite ultra a lot of people are upset about it at your advertising false statements I bought two of them from them and they said they can't do nothing about it I'm this warning people they shouldn't buy the box your advertising I don't think they should buy the box it's not working the way it's supposed to work so please please put my applications back in at your showing on your website are Kylie let me know what's going on the truth😢😢😢

It would be nice to actually see you review the app functionalities. One disappointment I had with the S2Pro was in spite of the ability to set up closed captioning on the box, the Blue apps do not support it unless a VOD program was captured with captions on. These boxes really are only as good as the apps.
Can you figure that out why on the shortcut is sometimes a box and it says no more spaces and it’s an empty box doesn’t make any sense but if anyone can figure out, please let me know. Thank you.

I've received a text from Superbox and it said that a lot of apps will no longer work anymore. The apps are: Xstream tv, Platinum tv, Lawless, Robin Hood, Elite 1.5, Elite Channel Up, Elite Sports, Elite Vod and Elite Latinos.
No such thing as the "S6 Elite". It's just "Elite Ultra". And there's a world of difference between the S5 Max and Elite Ultra. The Max has only a very few apps, while the Ultra has now I think 17 apps to choose from. There is one app called Limitless, and that one has over 23,000 live tv channels. Yes, you read that right: over 23,000 live tv channels! The Elite also has adult channels, if that's your thing, where the S5 Max does not.

I still have my Superbox S2, and it works what I noticed is all the ones after 3,4,5 the 24/7 section is basically the same nothing added to it that’s why I never bought the newer ones.
Virtually all these boxes have one thing in common and some are a little better than others. Of the 320 + aftermarket Android boxes on the market and I mean the market is super saturated. With that said being an aftermarket not original equipment they will lag and freeze 🥶 and kick you out of the live app. I do believe overall superbox is the best aftermarket box on the market. The apps make the Box weather is made out of hard plastic, polyurethane, metal or refurbished to look like new. Honestly with a market so saturated with hundreds of Android boxes and one to two boxes coming out a week equivalent to 8 Burger stands in a two block radius if a seller can get 400 dollars plus for a aftermarket Android box they would be crazy not to take it.
I have a s3 pro and it has the backup tv app. It combines the blue tv and vod on one app . The menu is better for surfing channels because you can see through it and still see what you were watching while surfing. Also if you are having freezing problems on a channel it gives you another place to see it. So the s3 pro is better for having that extra app.
one thing no one talks about any of these boxes, is buffering. it buffers a lot. i have a differnt box that offers 10k plus channels , but the buffering is horrible.

I am starting not to like this Superbox Elite Ulta because every time it is turned off and then back on the next day, there are problems. In addition, there are so many playback errors, lots of buffering, the Blue VOD lacks timely updating for series which is so far behind the Supreme Vod updated series. I have no idea what the problem is or if the people who are doing the programming are having a lot of server issues. It is definitely not my internet because I am getting more than 700 Mbps.

I have a Tanggula box and it works perfect, i have a superbox a-5 and Vaee Elite and they both have stuttering issues and it’s not my internet, they have too many people in the servers l, they need to upgrade the servers.

I have a suggestion for you: if you turn off the box, it will USUALLY turn off the TV as well (sometimes it does not turn off the TV, and you will have to turn your TV off manually). If you turn off the TV, it puts the box in a sort of "stand by" mode, and the power button will light up red.
I'm having an issue that no one seems able to fix. I have the ultra and if I pause a show the box shuts off. I have a Samsung tv and it seems only to happen with Samsungs. Also when it shuts off the box turns red and can't be restarted unless you unplug it.

No, there's no links. Just select the movie or TV Show and it plays.

From all the boxes that I tested and the one that buffers a lot is the tanggula. All the rest of them are great.

Yes, Samsung has a problem with the HDMI-ARC. What soundbar do you have?
You can also try turning off HDMI CEC on the box.
