When I got my Superbox elite ultra a month ago everything was fine. Now my app say I don’t have permission. I was told that the Superbox elite ultra was updating is it still updating?

Bought this not even a month ago. Now all my elite apps won't let me watch. Saying either wrong password or account has expired. You know anything to fix the problem?
From what I was told is they are aware of it and working on the issue, mine is maybe half the elite apps only everything else is working good but I want them all. hopefully soon but since it's taking this long so far I bet they had server issues and need to replace some.
@CouchPotatoCafe yes I was told by support it came from Microsoft breach. I do have 1 working now but want the others I got downloaded. Thanks for answering back.

It won’t matter my distributor said he had no control over it, it came from Superbox issue, he offered me some $ back so I feel it is definitely more than the responses given to date…and superbox told me 3 weeks ago it would be on by weeks end

@@CouchPotatoCafeI just got off the phone contacting them they still say it's down for maintenance please contact me back if you find out any more information if it's working I keep contacting them and all they can tell me is down for maintenance it'll be up soon and it's all really been a week and the super box elite ultra is still has only three applications in it and then they told me never do a factory reset but there's some people that just bought the box and they didn't do a factory reset because in the instructions said there's anything wrong with it to a factory reset a lot of people are still upset about these boxes cuz they watch your video that's why I had to pull mine down can you make a new video about what's going on so you could tell other people and show other people at the and it's not working I don't know if you can I would appreciate it if you do so I won't be the only one that was advertising it's down
I recently got the Tanggula 5pro. Couple issues I'm not thrilled with 1 remote is line of site kinda squirrely. Also when watching the new Hawaii 50 it shows 70s version. I sent that to them it could be something they can correct I'm not sure I want to keep it. Thanks for yr information
Thanks for the input Jim, did you try box remotes as they usually come with the standard IR and the wechip 3 with USB that works better. and I like that show too!
i have tang x5 pro only complaint is some days its so hard to get internet connection & its the box cause i switch to monster box & works good that monster box mite not have all the channels that the newer ones have but been my fav so far.

Hey Chris, it's coming I just had a problem with UA-cam guidelines thanks to some viewers and/or competitors, so it's taking a bit longer then anticipated.
@sparkey044 I've contacted customer service twice and got two totally different answers. First time they knew about and was working feverishly on them to get back up and running. Today was they can't do anything about it contact the distributor I purchased from, which I know they won't do anything either. Kinda makes me wonder what's really going on. My elite 2 worked great buy elite apps are gone. My elite ultra the apps quit after a month. Spent 400 on this and now most of the best apps don't work at all. Highway robbery.
The Elite APPS stopped working. Can you make a new video with an update of the APPs that went down and what is happening now to get them all up and running back at 100% ? Thank You So Much.
Superbox support told me that all the Elite apps are 3rd party and we needed to contact the dealer you bought it from. I tried tried contacting Golden Deal USA and they refuse to answer their emails.
Can any of these boxes be paired with numerous TVs or can they only be use with one tv at a time? This seems like a dumb question but I need to know as I do not wish to purchase 3 boxes. Thank you.
It's for one tv per box but you can add an HDMI switcher or splitter to use on other tv's but your still only watching one at a time or all with the same show

The Multi screen function is usually on the addon apps players like the elites but not their main apps like blue or heat players. So basicly it's the players not the services
My situation I don't seem to get a lot of buffering but it will happen from time to time with systems that do not regulate streaming quality for example UA-cam with auto resolution, it calculates internet speeds and such to limit the buffering. Thanks for subbing and watching Roy!

The boxes come with the apps such as netflix, disney + etc for those who have an account with these services as many do. so yes to use those type apps you would need a paid subscription with them.

All the Elite apps. are gone from the Superbox. Don't expect them to return. A real hose job to the many purchasers.

Was told it happened with the Microsoft breach today by superbox. Only 1 of mine is working as of now. And yes I want them all to.

Reboot, they were doing something with the servers from what I was told if not then contact them about it, I am sure they can help
