      Red light therapy helps balance hormones as well , along with everything you talked about ! I had no vitamin D , & wasn't responding/absorbing RX vitamin D , until I added full body Red light therapy , but I also have pcos , & Crps which I have had some relief from an anti inflammatory diet , & getting enough good fats like you mentioned , I also found out from a genetic blood test specifically for the MTHFR Gene mutation , that I have a double Rare Gene mutation variant , where I can't absorb Folate or B12 , unless in the form of Methylfolate & Methylcobalmin , both have helped me greatly , the blood testing is very inexpensive & very informative since most of us all have one or more Gene mutation variants !! I hope this helps as well 🧡

    I had horrible cystic acne all of my life. I mean HUGE cysts on my face, back, chest, etc. & I hated it! Going vegan helped with my acne so much. I didn’t even think about that because I’m an ethical vegan and when my face began to heal I was confused lol. I then moved onto what I put on my skin (makeup, skin care, lotions, deodorants, nail polish, literally everything) & made sure it was clean. My skin is the clearest & most even in tone it has ever been! I also credit drinking lots of water & getting those omegas in!

    You're very brave to openly speak how a vegan diet did not work for you. It did not work for me as well. I gained a lot of weight on it and I think it contributed to my pcos and pre-diabetes... All vegans used to say I was doing it wrong, so I started studying nutrition, biology and discovered that a diet high on carbs is the worst thing I could do... Now I'm healthy, having regular periods and in a low carb diet for the past 3 years. Listen to your body, not to anyone's agenda

      Hi! I’m just seeing this. DIM is a supplement, it’s a compound derived from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, kale, Brussels sprouts and cabbage. It can adjust the estrogen in your body by purging the excess and helping your liver bio transform the good estrogen. I take it a few times a week as I have a high risk of breast cancer in my family and it’s been known to help lower the risks of estrogen related cancer. I’ve also been healing my hormones by changing my diet, eating more cruciferous veggies at meals and adding fiber into my diet to help purge excess estrogen as well. The supplement has done wonders for my cystic acne along with the amazing grass super food greens I drink. I am trying to heal the hormone imbalance naturally instead of having to purge as a result of the wrong diet. I hope his helps!

    For me it was opposite ! I had major Thyriod issues and low vitamin D ( here in So. CAL!) I WAS OUT in the sun a lot. I was a huge meat, dairy and egg eater and wound up having to go on medication. Going plant based whole foods Vegan was the best thing that happend for me!! Periods are slowing down but I am 46 so. But people do have different body types. I just wouldn't go way to low in carbs ( that's been proven now to be unsafe in long run). Carb cycling throughout the week would be a better option for me if I wanted to loose more weight. I heard too much unhealthy soy is bad. But if course as a Vegan we have sooo many options now.

    Ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs which develop in the ovaries. They are a common problem that many women face during their reproductive age. In general, these cysts are pain-free and cause no problems at all. However, they may lead to various signs and symptoms.
    There are various types of ovarian cysts, functional cysts being the most common ones. Corpus luteum cysts and follicle cysts are the two most common types of functional cysts. Other types of ovarian cysts are endometrioma cysts, dermoid cysts, cystadenomas, etc.
    As mentioned, ovarian cysts can be asymptomatic and for this reason, they are not diagnosed. When signs and symptoms appear, ovarian cysts are diagnosed based on physical examination, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, CA125 test, CT-scan, MRI-scan.
    Ovarian cyst treatment will depend on the size, type, appearance of the cyst in the ultrasound, as well as patient age and presence of signs and symptoms.
    with herbal medicine you will get rid of ovarian cyst permanently.

      I wondering about this as well. I ask for specific bloodwork & my GYN refused during my last annual. I was told they wouldn't run certain tests due to insurance refusing to pay. The hospital/network ended up having to write off those expenses previously. Perhaps this is do to annual exam insurance coding.

    • @neiya8862
      @neiya8862 3 роки тому +1

      It depends on how well your body absorb vitamin D. Some people can get twenty minutes of sun exposure and still be low on vitamin D. I don’t believe being vegan has much to do with it since most of it comes from the sun. I wish she didn’t make that statement.

    I don't know why but some periods i feel very unstable. My heart breaks from literally anything. I'm being mean to my lovely boyfriend and everytime i do this i cry all day because i think im a bad person. I'm being angry and over emotional all the time and I really don't know how to control my hormones. I'm not sure if it's something psychological but it happens around my menstrual cycle. And I'm really tired of being a women with a complex hormone system. It hurts me and hurts my relationship with my loveliest, kindest, most understanding person ever boyfriend. Now while writing this im still crying. I don't want to be like that. Whenever i feel like that I eat the whole world and it makes it even worse.

      Hugs from another evenly unstable woman. I have ADHD so I've been dealing with over the top emotional issues for a while but the state of the world has just put me over the top in the last few years. I am currently able to use THC when I'm having severe PMS. I know that's not for everyone, but I also have learned to take a really deep breath and do an internal check before I go ballistic on people now. Sadly it's a coping skill. 😭
      I'll also add that I take antidepressants. So that helps too. But I do notice that some months I am totally fine and my period is like 3 (T.H.R.E.E.) days and then some months I am an angry red dragon and so is my period. Thankfully my husband is a keeper and he brings me what I need. 🥰 I hope you find some relief!!!! Get you a heated blanket and make a fort under there. Hugs!!
