Hey Vangabonders, Thank you for all the content. I only started watching the videos a few weeks ago because I also have a VW Bus 1978 (VW T2 b) and there is no comparable content on UA-cam in Germany. Your stuff is great. Too bad there are no more videos coming at the moment. The work with the AirCraft Rust Remover is particularly brilliant, but you can't buy it in Germany. All the best and thank you for your helpful videos!
Seeing your journey helps me really much figure out how to succeed in my own, i am restoring an old car with similar problems to your vw. Maybe one day ill start recording my journey as well, thank you very much for these videos
I was wondering where you were! Thanks for posting , we get it that you have a life and career outside of you tube . your work makes it look so easy, i love your methods and you inspire others to get out and do some fab work, at least me anyway!
You always make it look easy :) I've been spending time trying to replace the lower door skin on a sliding door for my '78 and i'm going to need to chop it out and do it again, I got impatient and very noticably warped it, not even filler can save the damage i did. Still, its all practice :)
Great Job man, very cool. I have a 77 im working on. Any chance you could do a short video on how you set up your welder. I know you mentioned to do what works for you but maybe a short vid could get us started?
Nice to see you back making videos. I look forward to seeing all the progress on you bus as well as your friends bus. I have a couple of busses myself. I have a 1972 tin top and a 1974 Westfalia that I will be respiring someday.
Lovely job! Good to see you again, at ‘minus eight’ Id want to hibernate 🤣 (I think some more of that window could do with cutting out and replacing 🤷♂️)

That is a very neat repair. 9:14
I owned a green one, just like you. Sold it when it had 420.000 kms... still running... unbelieveable tough cars.

Every window on my bus has this issue, the og window seals must have a design flaw or something. Nicely done dude!
Glad to see you posting new content, been wondering where you had gone

very good 👍👍👍
Hi, great job, I noticed a hole an inch from your weld. Just curious why you didn’t include it in your repair?
Woooo new vid!
Learning a lot. Thank you! What gauge of metal are you using?
Look up UFC fighter Kyler Phillips, I actually thought for a second you were fighting on the UFC 299 prelims lol.
Well there you are !
on the vid it takes around 8:00 minutes ... how long you needed for this repair ? nice job !
How do you know beforehand what thickness metal you need?
What happened to your channel and your bus?
Please check your emails! You’ve had our product for over 9 months.

Could of treated the inside a bit beneath the repair.
The area inside the repair is accesible from the inside since the interior panels are currently removed 👍
