Fab Rats has a Arcdroid, and after it was calibrated it seemed very easy to use. I bet you will get tons of use out of this machine. Glad things seem to be going well with your channel Dave. Keep up the hard work and awesome content.
I’ve got a Vulcan Omnipro 220 Multiprocess welder which lets you do mig, tig, stick, flux core. It’s been a pretty good welder. I have the titanium 65 plasma cutter too and I don’t think you’d be disappointed with either.
Hello David very cool peice of equipment a Plasma cutter and the Arcdroid are amazing. Sure beats freehand cutting with acetylene torch. Wishing you and your family well Take Care
These have recently become available in Australia and I think one may need to be in my workshop very soon. What a great innovation, and seeing hands-on support from the mind who created it is very re-assuring. Thanks for sharing it on your channel!
Very cool that you got an ArcDroid, and the 65 Amp Harbor Freight plasma cutter, and you got the chief engineer from ArcDroid to test it out with you. I bought the ArcDroid and was trying to decide which plasma cutter to get, and figured buying at Harbor Freight, I had a resource close by Incase I had a problem, so I bought the same 65 Amp Cutter you have. I was wondering if there was going to be any electromagnetic interference with the two components. Glad to see there is not. Looking forward to seeing what you make. Take care. PS. Make sure the goggles / eye protection you use is at least rated at 10 and rated for plasma burning. I read some warnings saying regular welding goggles are not dark enough for use with plasma cutters.
Thanks for the Video.... Damn Dave....That is some pretty trick shit....People always badmouth HF... but I'm here to tell you, Over the years I was working.... I made a lot of money with the tools I bought from them. Now that I'm retired I'm still using them.....
Love this type of pro-hobbyist video. Attainable items, while still not cheap, that people can consider for their shop. By the way, at least on my iPhone UA-cam app, the affiliate part of the link gets cut off from the clickable link.
I’m thinking of getting the same setup. Love to know what connector you used to connect the titanium65 to the Arcdroid. Is there a plug and play solution or do you have to fabricate your own?
I am working on building a table for a future arcdroid purchase. I have seen conflicting dimension information for the 1/4 baseplate it's mounted on. I've seen 10inches deep but given a 15.75in wide as well as 20in wide and don't k iwnwhat is accurate. Could I impose on you to measure the length and width of that 1/4 plate on your arcdroid? Thank you very much in advance.
I have an Arcdroid that I use, but today my cheap Yeswelder plasma cutter burned up. I just use this for a hobby, but obviously a cheap machine will not hold up to a CNC. The titanium seems to be the best cheapest machine out there. Do you know which pins you used to hook up to the Arcdroid? Thanks, great vid.
Never actually showed how to connect the ArcDroid to the Titanium 65. Do I still need to disassemble my cutter or is there an external plug available for easy connection?
i need help sir can you help me out i need to replace my torch to the IPT65 but i cant find the wire diagram to the torch what wire color goes to the head torch and the connector i tool mine apart and the IPT45 is different to the IPT65 torch. can you disassemble and let me know ?
IF YA USE PLASMA GAS YOU CAN CUT EVEN BETTER. BUT COMPRESSED AIR IS WAY TO GO. i HAD A THERMODYNAMICS STACK PACK, BUT WE WERE CUTTING 2.75 THICK MATERIAL RUNNING PLASMA GAS. oop sorry bout caps doing paper work earlier. best of them is ya can even cut copper or what ever. I so regret sellingmine but it was a huge Industrial one i bought out of a welding shop closing. but the thermodynamics stack pack you could add to the packs to increase power with out needing more indivigual cutters.
It seems when a UA-camr gets an Arcdroid the vendor comes in and sets it up for them. I don’t think a John Doe like me will receive that kind of service, and may wind up with a $2.5k paper weight in the corner of the shop.
Good to see Cotton hanging out in the shop. Cool tools Dave, I see a lot of cutting in your future. Outstanding.

Kevin at KSR got one and uses the crap out of it
I was thinking about buying the harbor freight wire feed welder.
Now you got me thinking about a plasma cutter.

Great info , Harbor Freight has some really good tools , thanks for posting
Dude after you cut that hammer I was super impressed very nice
Holy cow, this thing is amazing. You guys are going to save so much time fabbing parts!
Oh shut your festering gob
The dream setup for most home garages! That's a serious plasma cutter.
Exactly how did you wire up the torch to the arc droid please
I will go back in my notes and get back to you. It’s written on my machine
Great stuff, 12V Dave.
Always keep yourself grounded.
Cool machine. Keep us updated on the reliability and ease of use for the arcdroid.
That thing is pretty cool. Never knew it existed, thanks for sharing.
Nice addition to your toolbox. Old dog new tricks! Thanks David. Love dirt

Cool stuff, also nice welding table. Can you tell us more about it.
That Droid would be handy!
I've definitely been curious about the titanium welders and plasmas
Definitely helped me make my decision bud thank you
Just ordered my arcdroid. For someone mobile I think this thing will be a game changer
Mr. B. Here ! Enjoyed the information & tip ! Thanks !
Glad it was helpful!
You guys keep old guys up to date , been playing with cars since I was 14 now am 70 ! Thank you !
Been looking at plasma cutters to buy.that titanium 65amp is a beast.that will be my next purchase
Cool new toys, I mean tools. Been thinking about one of those harbor freight plasma cutters for my shop.
Both of the machines are awesome!
These have recently become available in Australia and I think one may need to be in my workshop very soon. What a great innovation, and seeing hands-on support from the mind who created it is very re-assuring. Thanks for sharing it on your channel!
$4600.00 Dollars AUD.
The exact setup I want. Thank you.
Nice toys, have to give us updates along the way... Thanx !
Awesome BRO! NEW SUPPORT HERE! I own one of the plasma65 from HF Owned it for almost a year now nad have never used it!!

That plasma is impressive!
This was really helpful and entertaining. Cheers again. You da man

Alright, I'm subscribed, good luck with your channel.
So after having the arcdroid for a couple of years..was it and still a good purchase. Whats the actual cut quality.
I freaking love it. The Titanium plasma cutter cuts really really well also.
Thanks for the Video.... Damn Dave....That is some pretty trick shit....People always badmouth HF... but I'm here to tell you, Over the years I was working.... I made a lot of money with the tools I bought from them. Now that I'm retired I'm still using them.....
Keep the vids coming! Great content. Sometimes it's tough to know what to buy and want to avoid. This was helpful.
Ok that thing is sweet I need one of these
Can you show me how you connected the trigger wires to make it work..?
Someone black Fridayed
Newburn who?
Marry X Mas Worm !
Nice job, good stuff! Be sure and wear safety glasses after cutting that hammer. You cut the case hardening off that end.
I like that Arcdroid , what do they run?
How big of a cutting area will the arcdroid do? Have you thought about going bigger?
Like a 2'x2' area. I actually bought a big plasma table. Paid a chuck for it, only to get it home and it not work at all. Got so ripped off.
Love this type of pro-hobbyist video. Attainable items, while still not cheap, that people can consider for their shop. By the way, at least on my iPhone UA-cam app, the affiliate part of the link gets cut off from the clickable link.
thanks for sacrificing your hammer
Looks good 👍👍
Hey Dave, how much was the cnc kit? I really like that, I’ve never seen anything like that available here in the uk
I’m thinking of getting the same setup. Love to know what connector you used to connect the titanium65 to the Arcdroid. Is there a plug and play solution or do you have to fabricate your own?
Hi David! Would you like to review our welders? I believe you will like it😁
Geez man, plan on breaking into any bank vaults in the future? Maybe cutting armor plates to make the Chevy bulletproof...

cool video
On Arc Droid website it says no high frequency plasma cutters but yet in this video you are using one ?
Hey Dave! Did you acquire the DED Drag-kota? Glad you are making videos! Come to Visions 2023 with your buggy!
Pretty impressive
Love your content David, but you need better audio...

David's Midnight Customs (that would be a cool name to call your channel 🇺🇸)
Never actually showed how to connect the ArcDroid to the Titanium 65. Do I still need to disassemble my cutter or is there an external plug available for easy connection?
I should clarify, I know the 65 has an external plug but what cord/connection are you using to link the droid to it?
Soooooo, maybe you want to make sure the cord is behind you so the sparks aren’t directly over it 🤷🏼♀️ just a thought
Is that the Drag Kota from Dirt Every Day in the background that's not supposed to be shown lol?
Yeah I said screw it. I can't keep secrets lol
i need help sir can you help me out i need to replace my torch to the IPT65 but i cant find the wire diagram to the torch what wire color goes to the head torch and the connector i tool mine apart and the IPT45 is different to the IPT65 torch. can you disassemble and let me know ?
Would of been cheaper to buy a new hammer than to buy a plasma and reface the old one lol
May have to sell my cnc plasma table to get the arcdroidcnc
Hey 12V is Cotten and Mrs Emily (Flying Sparks Garage) going to do an appearance Chief?
They were on the first couple of episodes. I’m sure they will be on more when we’re all together.

I guess there is such a thing as a "Newbern Bump". Arcdroids are completely sold out (11/28/2022).
@text2278 Oh my! This is wonderful! This is the first scam I've won this week! Of course, it IS only Monday.
It seems when a UA-camr gets an Arcdroid the vendor comes in and sets it up for them. I don’t think a John Doe like me will receive that kind of service, and may wind up with a $2.5k paper weight in the corner of the shop.
It’s really not bad. It comes with good instructions. I will make more videos with it once I get it setup in its permanent spot.
Wow ..that would cut up a car crusher.😁🤔🤔🤔
well hopefully that's not good Tania harding

So you can’t show the project you’re working on but you can show us the free tool you got? Kinda sucks for viewers.
It’s a Motortrend project that hasn’t came out yet. Sorry.
I have the same one and it's a game changer. 🦾
