After witnessing Bowser k!ll his little brother (and last family member) Luigi, Mario down in guilt, seeing him as a failure of an older brother. He was overcome with a sense of responsibility, wishing he was fast enough. This is similar to Peter's guilt over Gwen's death in TASM 2. Eventually, Mario stumbles upon the symbiote and gained enhanced speed, invulnerability, and strength, but it also amplified his anger. Mario/Venom would then face Bowser and try to end him to avenge Luigi, but Rosalina would intervene and fight the Plumber in Black. As they fight, Rosalina tries to tell him that this isn't what Luigi would want but Venom (Mario) would lash out, saying that she doesn't know pain. She says that she knows how it feels to lose someone. "I lost my mother when I was young." Mario then snaps and says: "But you weren't the GUN!" (reference to Superman in Injustice). Eventually, she finds out about the symbiote's weakness to heat and sonic waves and while the symbiote wasn't fully removed, Mario then regained a bit of his senses, realized what he has done. He was then able to remove the symbiote, though he will never be the same.

Day 250: You should make a video about hela changing in Thor ragnorok, a change so impactful she won't be evil at all when she returns. This will cause her to have guilt and hesitate with violence while she lives life on earth. This can make for a great redemption arc.
