Hi there. I stayed in hostels at both varkala and alleppey. That should be INR 600 max per night. And in Kochi, I stayed at a hotel. That was around 1.5k per night.

I doubt they have. But you can check some hostels such as Zostel, Hosteller, Whoopers, Moustache, GoStops, Madpackers, etc. You may find something.
