- 苦瓜清热解毒，很多朋友怕吃苦瓜，今天这道菜，
加入咸蛋黄，让苦瓜带有甘味，就不再怕吃，香而不腻，好吃又解馋
材料 A: Ingredients A:
300克 苦瓜 - 300g Bitter gourd
2粒 咸蛋 - 2 Salted Eggs
1 湯匙 蒜末 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
1 湯匙 姜丝 - 1 tbsp Shredded ginger
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许 黄糖 - dash of Brown sugar
少许 鱼露 - dash of fish sauce
材料 B(腌制): Ingredients B (Marinate):
120克 猪肉碎 - 120g minced pork
少许 蚝油 - dash of oyster sauce
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许 薯粉- dash of tapioca flour
