I should have explained the capital gain tax better, the profit gets added to your salary and than you are taxed as normal. Mostly the tax here is 30%. But if you are only investing in one property from india, your total income is 12lakh, 25k aud, which will have almost none tax. Still I think you can get more return in idnia from investing 4cr. But it depends on individual, some people may just want to spend clean money overseas safely. Even though making slightly less, and than again you ca flex about it to your friends and if you travel to aus often can use to reside if not rented. Amir log kar sakte hain.

In getting a job they are not going to make massive difference. You slowly build ur job career.. as long as you studied good it degree from good uni and understood the concepts.

If Ur young, student visa is your best bet. But you habe to be good in studies, English medium and 12th main if you get above 75% you will do good here..
