Do they allow pets on purchased condos?
Most condos allow very small pets. If you are the owner it’s no problem. When renting it is up to the owner. Thanks for watching! 👍

I have a 90 sq. Mt. Corner condo 8th floor dual seaview 200 mt. from the water in Pratamnak 1 bed 2 bathroom for 3.95 mil. baht in foreign name Thep Thip Mansion condo.

Nice unit but with most foreign owned condos for sale they are heavily overpriced.
You can buy Thai quota units also to get the Thai price. Just have to setup a Thai company and buy it using that. A bit more of a hassle but Beebee can do it for you. Thanks for watching 👍
