Jeff is very skilled in finding fish throughout the Upper Potomac. You can tell by his utilization of spots and rotating based on the conditions/bite that he's been at this for a while. Wow a true Potomac River Rat setup! A jet Prop! But the key is the forward facing seat with controls, I've seen river rats running the upper Potomac River in 18' Jon boats running 70 hp motors with reinforced transom running past me while wading in the part of the the was knee to waiste deep water just full of rocks and boulders! Those guys were amazing in the upper Potomac River! It's helps when a person grow up fishing that River! Knowing how read the water and it's boils, rocks? No rocks! Also they would pile up rocks on the side a falls or rapids to create a channel holding deeper water and just run their boats at full speed to get up river! I would have get out trailer my boat to the next ramp up stream! Seen some of the largest Smallies ever! on the Potomac! Also watched large Flathead Catfish hunt the sand bars between rocks where vegetation would grow and eat and hit any lure that was dropped in front of them! The 5" Rapalas especially only hooked up one time, that flathead broke my line in a New York second! The last time I did that! That's was 10 bucks! Fishing any part of the Potomac River is great catching fish or just exploring! Loved the fact I had the chance! Nice video!

Awesome video man, but i can’t Imagine paying for a guide trip just to net all of the guides fish and watch him land most of the trophies… definitely a knowledge guide but at some point he needs to set you up for the trophies rather than himself…
HAHAH. I can't bad mouth Greg, have known him and his cousin for many years. I can, however, say that I've fished with numerous guides who do this. I suppose he was wanting some good media to showcase his abilities and to draw customers to his service, which I provide whenever we go out. I did not pay him and this was more of a trade so I could get out to fish some water that I really enjoy, so I have no complaint towards his guiding. However, I fished with former tournament Pro Tom Mann Jr. on Okeechobee (video is on channel) and he was a turd. Just saying it how it is....he barely allowed my ex girlfriend and I to catch any fish as he sat up front picking them off all day. I thought it was ass behavior honestly.
