knew basically nothing about vintage cube draft before i watched your videos and a couple other players' , now i feel like i know almost enough to actually try it, thanks.
So the difference is that flashback exiles as part of the cost but Jace says that if it would go to your graveyard exile it instead. Funny that they worded it that way I can't really think of why change it.
Between match 2's g1 and g2: 'my opponent only showed Imperial Seal, I won't bring in Mental Misstep'... Sure, he hasn't just shown you a one mana p9 :p
Cubes are drafting leagues now, so you don't play against someone from your pod. It means you don't have to wait for matches anymore, but it does mean that your opponent can have the same cards as you or you could run into the same matchup all three rounds.
Kenji P2P1 you wanted FoF over upheaval, i think
no way I'm passing FoF when I have torrential gearhulk.
he didnt end up running upheaval either!!!
lol, love the "Ill stay open and take Griselbrand".

Opponent Match 2 has at least 10 straight up first pick only type cards. Insane games.
Man passing FoF when you're clearly U/B reanimator seems like a stretch to me for upheaval when you have no ramp at the time. Otherwise great draft.

That round 2 game 3 was satisfying. "What's that buddy? You didn't have the nut draw this time and Kenji didn't mull?" What a sweet deck.
I guess you have now passed Coalition Relic for the first time in your life.
As a reanimator player this video makes me so happy =D
The apotheosis of great content for a video would be to literally force mono red in a vintage draft, I know that deep down we all want it
Dang that second match was a brawl.
holy guacomole! Strongest no-mox deck I've seen
Didn't we pick Dark Petition and Impulse ourselves? How did our opponent have them as well?

His persona is so different on his youtube channel. And he's so careful about his pronunciation. It's weird.
In match 2 I would've brought in the mental misstep for the Ancestral recall and Imperial seal
I just love these videos. You are a great content creator @Kenji Egashira. 4 thumbs up
48:51 you can draw 7, pay 7 and in response he rakdos charms you for 7 damage snap won't save you there
Ugh that pack3... you want those cards in pick1/2/3 lol
Why do people dislike fast bond so much? Its really good!
1:09:17 take out signet?
that second guy's deck was incredible. the power...
the power of Nightmare and Glen elendra is insane.
cutting gearhulk makes me a sad panda :(
YOU PASSED A COALITION RELIC KENJI!!
the storm deck would have been sick
How did his opponent have impulse and he also drafted an impulse? Am I missing something?
iDr34MeR multiples of the same card....? Hence the double sphinx play and the multiple recalls

Yeah I finally picked up on that - thanks!
can someone please explain why he kept golgari signet?
Ramp is king and half of it is on color.
Cool. Thanks, I've only been playing for about six months, so watching anything vintage is a little beyond me.
Stop thumbnailing your decks darn it! I want a suprise!
Watched that entire storm deck just roll by... high tide, tendrils.
