Hi Dan and Mazzy, just back from a few bevvies so a snidge tipsy. Lovely to see you playing with the tripod. You're right, the spikes are for stability on soft ground, grass etc and that little plastic collar thing is for really low level shots by replacing the centre column. Thanks for the mention and really happy that you're happy 😊. Good for you for going for the narrowboat holiday, I'm sure you'll have an amazing time and really looking forward to seeing the footage, it's going to be a lot of fun!!
Thank you so much for pronouncing our surname correctly even if you did choke on it! We love watching you and we've learned loads ready for our fulltime vanlife soon!!
Hi both. Tripod. The adapter that you are unsure about replaces the centre column so that when you spread the legs out you can shoot low down to the ground. Hope this helps. Great vids. Keep em coming.
Boroughbridge/Thirsk was where James Herriot had his vet practice. Yorkshire Vets is a TV program which documents that same practice now run by one of James Herriot's apprentices.
You should have gone down by the canal/river…you might have seen some narrow boats. Hope you enjoy your first experience on a narrow boat….we did two 4 night trips a few years ago….no locks on the canal we did. We would love to go again but (thanks to all the celebrity programmes) prices are now ridiculous!! Anyway, hope you have a fab time…take it easy and don’t stress 😉😘…Helen & Mark x
Give us a shout next time your over this way and we will go do the ghost hunt ,were fellow motorhomers too ,have a fantastic time on your travels 😀 xxx
Great video the wildlife camera looks like a good piece of kit when setup at night it should take some good wildlife videos maybe some foxes and rabbits that would be good. Cruising the canals with Dan and Mazzy this should make a great video series looking forward to that.👍
I can say for sure that Canada is beautiful, the best camping and things to see is in British Columbia, also wild camping and bears :o) oh and hello from Canada xx
Try this place llyn geirionydd LL270JT come to fairy falls pub and turn right up a steep hill facing you'll come to a turning about 0.7 miles for the lake it's sign posted , a small back Rd for about two miles and you'll come between two mountains with a big lake it's very rural thiers a car park by the side of the lake it's free to park and there is toilets on the carpark, motorhomes stay over night and there beautiful waterfalls and caves to explore. The lake is always very quiet day and night, there's another lake one mile the other way called llyn cranfnant with a small cafe this area is a must it's stunning and not many people have heard of it .
Next time your in gods own county Dan you should arrange a brewery visit at John Smiths brewery Tadcaster, as their most famous celebrity aficionado of John Smiths smooth bitter, this would make a great video, I visited a few years ago and it’s brilliant, they have a pub on site where you can sample the product, try the press office would be awesome 😎
Bless you for trying but the sound was really bad when you were talking about it before and after the "thanks" bit. Did the mic have a loose connection? Love your ice bucket. 🥰

Good job 🙏
Been watching travel trolls for a long time ..
There great 👍🏻
Welcome aboard 😁
OMG i hope you dont end up swapping daisy duke for a campervan ..hahahaha
The trail camera uses infrared to trigger. The fish are the same temperature as the water so it won't pick them up.
Looks a beautiful place..
Thanks to you pair ☺️..
We’re going to venture around there in our caravan..

I'm due a phone upgrade and I film everything on my phone, so would you recommend the S22
Deffo Chris. Samsung S22 Ultra is an even better camera if you want the best. 😁
I was going to sell my home and live in a motorhome but fuel and road charges have become frightening so am going to live in a narrow boat instead

We went to Boroughbridge once. There is a roman fort but it was closed. You need some Lavalier mics for driving footage.
