How to go around Los Angeles WITHOUT a CAR | Citymapper

I was a little apprehensive about renting a car in Los Angeles because of traffic and parking situations. After trying the public transportation out for a couple of days, I promptly cancelled my car reservation. No more struggling through traffic, looking for parking and going back where the car is parked. It is actually very easy to go around Los Angeles carless.

Thank you, this is an excellent post. Most people in Los Angeles, prefer to use their private automobiles because, of faster travel times and the extra flexibility they provide. On a vacation day however, I enjoy traveling by public transit throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Just remember to try and keep your traveling hours as much as possible between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. This is because, most bus and rail services reduce their frequency after daily commuters have arrived back safely at home (smile...smile).

It's safe at normal daytime hours. I guess late evening not so much. Enjoy your trip. LA is a great city.

I think it's safe, people don't want to hurt you or anything. It's just a normal city
