Serve: 5-6 adults
Grinding:
▪️Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
▪️Green chilli - 6
Marinate Beef:
▪️Beef - 1 kg
▪️Paste - ½
▪️Pepper - 1 tbsp
▪️Turmeric -½ tbsp
▪️Coriander powder -1 tbsp
▪️Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
▪️ Coriander leaves - 1 handful
▪️ Lemon - ½
▪️ Salt
Rice soak:
▪️Rice - 4 cups
Cut onion:
▪️Onion - 5 slice
Cook beef:
▪️On Cooker high flame till 1st whistle
▪️ Low flame cook for 15 minutes
Fry onion:
▪️Put oil on frying pan
▪️Fry 2½ onion in high flame
▪️Add a pinch of salt & sugar when cooking
▪️Take after this becomes golden brown
Cooking Rice:
▪️ Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
▪️ Ghee - 1 tbsp
▪️Add handful cashew & Raisins
▪️After frying keep aside
▪️Now add Star anise - 1
▪️Cinnamon -1 stick
▪️Bay leaf - 1
▪️Cloves- 5
▪️ Cardamom - 4
▪️Add rice and fry
▪️Water - 6 cups
▪️Salt
▪️High flame till water boils
▪️Close cook for 15 min low flame
▪️Fluff up rice and keep aside
Make beef curry:
▪️ Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
▪️Ghee - 1 tbsp
▪️Onion - 2½ cook
▪️Paste- balance ½
▪️Tomato - 2 slice
▪️Salt
▪️ Pepper - ¼ tbsp
▪️ Coriander powder - ¼ tbsp
▪️ Garam masala - ¼ tbsp
▪️ turmeric - ¼ tbsp
▪️ Coriander leaves - handful
▪️ Curd - 2 tbsp
▪️ Add cooked beef
▪️ Handful fried onion
▪️ 10 min medium flame
▪️10 min low flame
Layer:
▪️Beef - ½
▪️fried onion - handful
▪️rice - ½
▪️ coriander leaves - handful
▪️fried onion - handful
▪️ pepper
▪️garam masala
▪️ghee - 1 tsp
▪️water - ½ cup sprinkle
▪️Beef - ½
