Leader of a coach, done with the nice guys… Draft OL, CB, S, WR. Priorities but I’m not assuming this organization will do the obvious with this either
This team needs someone who can flip the culture. Khan has turned the Jaguars into the 1993-2012 Pittsburgh Pirates. The only difference is Khan spends money. Poor drafting has plagued this team for years. Every year we are sold false hope.
I would go with Spags, I think playing strong defensively and ball control offense is a faster way back to the playoffs then trying to bring in some hotshot offensive coordinator and try to win every game 42-35
Oh yes, a 65-year-old coach whose head coaching record is 11-41. That would sure breathe enthusiasm our organization If you have to go defense, you go Aaron Glenn.
@@bigbouzas I would be good with Glenn also. I just think the culture has change. The Jaguars have enough talent on offense that it will be productive enough even without a guru at OC. The defense has to do a better job of forcing turnovers, stopping offenses and getting off the field. Pretty much every opponent started +7 before the defense woke up
There are no real changes until baalke is removed from power
typical 1010xl fan. blame Baalke. smh

Give it up cause it’s not happening
We need an offensive coach calling plays. We have to draft a talented OL, CB, and a WR2.
Trevor needs to be Lights Out - PERIOD!!! Dude has been UNDERWHELMING
Tommy Mac is the best there is!! Nobody talks jags better or more REAL than Tmac! Ballou is close

Spags is THE BEST D-Coord in the league...dude might end up in HOF....I would be happy with him BUT he would also need to get a TOP OC on staff...
