I wish I had Officer Jamal Mitchell show up for me the many times I needed MPD from 2022 - to middle of May 2024. Instead, I got NO squad cars nor Officers as responses or worse, absolutely UNcaring, not doing their jobs officers out of 3rd Precinct!!!! Lacking MPD from both 5th & 3rd Precincts. Officer Jamal Mitchell is one of the greatest losses I've ever seen in Minneapolis since I started living here in 1994.
