I met Mitja Toivonen when he was with Santa Cruz. They played outstandingly that night and looked a lot like Steve Clark from Def Leppard. I'm glad he's with these guys.
First time when I can listen Markku Uula Aleksi Laiho's interview- do not know reason,why it is so hard to say farewell to person,how I saw 2 times at stage. Maybe his personality and human tallent was just so..something else. I don t know. Rest in peace, we will all follow- it really would be nice to see somewhere (like warm lakes of hell,for Finns) 😂❤

Adolfo Albornoz - Daniel was in Norther, i wish they bring Metri back. He know in Ensioferum. Too bad he can’t drink anymore. Heavy medal and alcohol is like whiskey and coke - together strong.

I was right! I believed Alexi would be back with a new band whose name would have the title of some children of bodom song, however I'd rather the title of the song "bastards of bodom", it sounds more aggressive and striking

This was the 2nd last most likely. He gave one interview to a Finnish magazine around this time after our interview but unfortunately he passed away before the BAM press started. I tried to get an interview from him in October when they played those shows in Finland but that unfortunately didnt ever happen. =(
I reckon he found out when his liver was way too damaged to recover, like at cirrhosis stage. Early stages have no symptoms though, and eventually drinking even a little bit is bad. He might have applied for a liver transplant as well, idk. Why would you tell Jaska in 2016 and 2018 you'd drink yourself to death? Maybe it was diagnosed back then
@@anatriellociucci1224 if Alexi knew that the diagnosis was potentially terminal/ fatal back in 2018 then it would be weird for him to say he was excited for the future in this interview (or just really sad if he was in denial/ hopeful)
@@assaultedpeanut9 i can only guess: he sobered up since 2019. Mind, Hexed was ready well before its release. So maybe he was clean by then. But severe cirrhosis causes liver degeneration regardless and the whole process ( toxins not being flushed, weight loss) leads to liver failure. At that point your life expectancy could be anything.
