My cover version of ‘If It Makes You Happy’ by Sheryl Crow is OUT NOW 💙 And it’s part of my new EP ‘Writers Block Pt 1” which will be out on April 18th 2024.
The EP is a collection of covers that were all originally released in the 90’s. I love love writing songs but sometimes you need to let the field lie fallow. I decided to dive into a collection of my favourite songs from the decade I was born. I’ve called it part 1 because maybe I’ll do another one on my next fallow! I hope you enjoy xxx

To me, this is what a great cover should do. Keep a sense of the original so it's recognisable but do something different with it. Just like she did with The Power Of Love. Straight covers are nice but kinda pointless when the original exists IMO.
