Hey pilots! Tricker here and I want to welcome you to my channel on combat aviation. I'm a real world pilot in the Airbus 319/320/321 series and I enjoy DCS World, Falcon BMS, Falcon 4.0, IL-2 Sturmovik, X-plane 11, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
If you want to fly WWII aircraft over Normandy and the English Channel, then DCS World WWII is for you and they have plenty of aircraft to choose from such as the BF-109, FW-190, Spitfire, P-47 Thunderbolt, and P-51 Mustang. If you enjoy modern aerial combat then you want to focus more on DCS World products such as the F-16, A-10C Warthog, AH-64D Apache, F-15, F-14, JF-17, SU-27, Mirage, Mig-29, F-18 Hornet, Mi-8, Mi-24 Hind, Uh-1 Huey, Ka-50, F-5, Mig-21, AV-8b Harrier, and the F-4 Phantom. Some of the mods that are out there for DCS World are the F-22 Raptor, SU-57, A-4 Skyhawk, Rafale, and Gripen.
I enjoy other games such as Total War, Battlefield, War Thunder, Escape from Tarkov, as well as Squad.

Never realised planes have this much buttons look like a massive clicking spree for me.
Can this also make me coffee in the morning?
Espresso for you
No you have to flip 100switches
only comes with vodka
Yes, kinda, not very good though. I mean, if someone's willing to go with a dust pan and collect you into a coffee can from all over the location where the missile hit. You'll be a bit too charred for most tastes, but definitely finely pulverized.
@@TrickerDCS no No No in MiG you only drink Vodka !
Now I understand why airplanes do not require keys.
They do
@@leelandlagasse6517a very few
Most don't
Most military vehicles in general dont have keys, theyre kept locked up in motor pools, and even for the less complicated ground vehicles, short of taking them for a joyride before ditching it or getting arrested, not a whole lot you can do with it.
People (usually military) have occasionally stolen them, but its always for joyriding and they either get returned or found abandoned shortly. Either way not worth it for the potential charges.

FireTeam : RIP 😁
Before even the pilot turns on the switchy stuff, the whole aircrew and air squadron still has to go through briefing and pre-flight, lol, bye bye fire team! oh and if there's a thunderstorm within 10 nautical miles, the flight is grounded

Just one thing, if you turn on the radar by putting the power switch to standby, you are going to start using coolant and you have a very limited amount of it. Indeed you normally would turn it on only a few minutes before arriving to combat zone to let it warm up but not before.
Yep totally right!
Why would the coolant be limited amount? Isn't it a sealed system? Or do you mean you would be devoting coolant to the radar that could be used somewhere else
@@DaDaDo661 some coolant systems consume the coolant. Turbo water injection is one such system. The water gets injected as spray and is used up. You need to refill it as necessary.
Perhaps the Radar also consumes. Did you Google it before writing a comment question which could have been answered if you wrote it in Google?
@@DaDaDo661 searching what you wrote returns this:
"Alcohol is way more efficient in transferring heat than water, because it evaporates faster and have a lower boiling point. The con of such a system is gradual loss of alcohol as you use it. But very simple, efficient, cheap, trouble free and if having to refill it after each flight doesn't create undue logistical problems, then sure, a good idea.
In a nut shell, alcohol is routed (pumped) around the radar array with tubes. The alcohol being cooler than the radar, the heat will transfer to the liquid. The liquid will keep going til it gets to an expansion chamber, if it were. Evaporation will occur and heat will be dissipated as it is vented out in the atmosphere by it's own pressure create as a byproduct. Very simple system, a fraction of the parts (and cost) needed compare to closed circuit. You can also see an advantage in weight and space saving here.
You could always tell that Russian designers were very practical and ingenious and had to work within constraining limitations. The ruling parties were forever demanding better design but with a fraction of the money that would be available to western countries. They wanted maintenance to be idiot proof so as to shorten training time and enlarge the pool of potential candidates for technical schools. They wanted super reliable airplanes to minimize downtime between flights. On top of that, their aircrafts had to be able to operate at temperatures ranging between -60 to plus 60 Celsius. And lets not forget crappy unprepared landing strips as a requirement in case it becomes necessary to deploy some jets in remote areas. All in all, i think these guys did (and are doing) pretty good.
"
Looks like a good solution for the times. Probably easier to carry more alcohol if needed. And a smart alternative instead of creating a huge heavy power hungry cooling rig.
You probably know about the special pens NASA invented for space travel? They cost a fortune and took years to develop because they had to work in zero gravity and if the spacecraft was upside down.
The Russians used pencils.

This is the best example of how human able to made this type of jet aircraft in 1955 when there is literally no digital technology, smallest computer of that time is bigger than the entire room, this is such a great achievement for humanity when the entire machine runs on analog technology
This still looks unreal
Since her maiden flight in 1955, Mig-21 is still in operation among many countries in the world. I think Mig-21 is one of the most successful fighter jets in the aviation history.
Probably. The AKM kills 250,000. A year. Just the AKM.

EXCELLENT!!! Now I can finally start mine!
And this Soviet-era fighter shot down an F-16 fighter......Soviet era fighters were really good, and are relevant even today, about 30+ years later.
That is only a _"claim"_ that has been made by Indian govt and Air Force with _ZERO_ evidence to back it up or an independent confirmation. The rest of the world would not readily believe a claim that an outdated 2nd gen fighter plane, which even the Soviets retired back in the 1980s, and which has the inglorious nickname of "flying coffin" in IAF due to its frequent engine troubles and fatal crashes (the latest of which happened just weeks ago), actually managed to shoot down a far more modern 4th gen fighter jet that is still in use among Western Air forces.
