Don't wish to sound condescending, but it's worth doing research prior to doing an upload like this, or maybe reading a few of them first. I'm a long time fan/collector of SH's books , since the 80s. Had the pleasure to meet him a few times too. I would suggest starting way at the beginning with his older stuff like Slugs, The Skull, Chainsaw Terror and Deathday. Then onwards in order , as there's a reoccurring character from Renegades onwards.
@@heathen6165 Thanks for your comment. It's been awhile since I picked up a Shaun Hutson novel. I need to do that soon, maybe for Halloween. I have a copy of Chainsaw Terror, both English and French, it's a good book. Thanks for watching!
Great video and collection! I haven’t read anything by him, but do know of him. I always relate him to Slugs for whatever reason, so that’s the one I should probably read, lol. But thanks for sharing the collection!
Thanks! I'm really happy that you liked my video. I haven't read Slug, but I will at one point. Please check out my other videos on Shaun Hutson. Can't wait to read more novels by him.
Nice collection! I haven't read anything by him but his name rings a bell. The covers look nice, some of them look quite creepy! The mystery box thing idea sounds interesting.
Chainsaw Terror was republished later as 'Come The Night', so that version should be much cheaper and easier to get online. Shaun is a great author. He was kind enough to give me a blurb on my debut poetry book, so I was really honoured by that.
I'm always online to see if I can find a copy of Chainsaw Terror, that doesn't cost a arm and leg. Its nice that Shaun did that for you, I saw it. Also, it's cool you have a poetry book. I found it on Amazon and I'm going to get it. I like poetry, even though I don't know what to make of it at times lol. Expect a video for it.
Thanks! I have got a big amount of Shaun's work, as well as a poetry collection from a friend of mine, who he wrote something about it. I also got two copies of Chainsaw Terror, one English and French. I think I read something from that author, it's called Children God Forgot.
Even though I have loads of his books, I can't answer that question. I have only read three. Erebus, Dead Head and Chainsaw Terror. I will need to read more of his work next year.
Assassin is a blinder. Just doing Renegades now. Brilliant.
I have been meaning to read more Shaun Hutson. I got a copy of Chainsaw Terror, both in English and French.

Thanks Gaia! Glad you liked my collection. It will be cool to do a mystery box.
I just finished the relics/spawn/shadows omni last night, I loved it. Already ordered a dozen more of his books.
That's awesome. Can't wait to read more of his books too. I'm always on the look out for a copy of Chainsaw Terror, at a good price.

@@davidsbookreviews4983 thanks very much, I hope there's at least some bits of it that you like.
@@NP-Hunt I'm sure that I will find it interesting.
I've ordered a copy of compulsion and nemesis
Nice! I have heard of Compulsion. I'm always looking on Ebay, and you can get a bunch of his novels for cheap. I do need to get back into his stories.
Nice collection, I got two Shaun Hutson novels off my wish list. One from a book riot and the other from Value Village.
Thanks. I'm always looking on Ebay for more of his books.
@@davidsbookreviews4983 You're welcome!
Erebus was my first Hutson read too, the 2nd was Assassin. Have you read any Graham Masterton books, his stuff is great too. Great Collection!😃

Where should I start with Hutson?

@@davidsbookreviews4983 i’ve read Spawn so far and really liked it. Gotta read more by him soon. May give Erebus a try :)
I don't know much about this author... but seems like a great collection!🤗
Thanks Kris! I really enjoy Shaun Hutson. Can't wait to read more of his work.
