btw using the english dub is just criminal...the original japanese voice acting gives much more immersion. i just keep the subtitles in my language in order to understand what's being said, but I let them speak japanese, as they're supposed to.

I get that interacting with the chat is important for a streamer, but he relied on them for almost everything and showed little interest in the story. That said, me ranting here won’t change anything-he can play however he wants. Still, as someone who loves Sekiro, it was way too frustrating to watch. It felt like he was just checking boxes, trying to get it over with so he could move on and never look back.

I played all the Souls games, and in my opinion, Elden Ring is a very difficult game in terms of bosses and enemies. Of course, I'm talking if you played Elden Ring without summoning.

If you dont use magic then yeah, it's a difficult game. 2nd of all the reason he died so much in elden ring compared to bloodborne and sekiro is because of 3 reasons. Elden is a WAY bigger game than bloodborne and sekiro and if you played them as you claim to have done then you would know this. The 2nd reason is that Kai speed run bloodborne and skipped like 60% of the content, plus he skipped the chalice dungeons, plus he didnt play the dlc. As for sekiro i haven't played nor have i watched his playthrough completely so idk how much he skipped there but from what i have heard it seems like he skipped a lot on sekiro as well. And the 3rd reason Kai died so much in Elden Rung is bc that was his first souls game and he didnt actually speed run the game the same way he did to bloodborne.

After getting the platinum for this game and playing it a few years later I realized how much I dislike this game and find it to be no fun. The first time I beat the game was only due to stubbornness, but I really had no fun playing. Much prefer Dark Souls 3 and Elden Ring by far. I even enjoyed Dark Souls 2 more than this game. Lies of P is even better than Sekiro in my opinion. I know this game is loved, but I see it as mediocre. Don't know what it is. A lot of things I guess.

i actually agree, i also got every achievement and even beat the inner boss versions of the gauntlet but there were way less times i actually had fun than in other fromsoft games owl and genichiro were pretty much the only bosses i enjoyed

For me it was the opposite..when I got hang of the parrying mechanics…every deflection were so satisfying
