I visited the expressway a few times and I couldn't justify the prices. Most of the inventories are meant for investment and not end use. The projects that are ready to move in are cheaper than the new launches. I couldn't get the math. Prices of MRG floors alone are beyond practicality!!
I don’t agree with you as you can see the quality of old projects like Ramaprastha 37d , Assotech Blith and also Chintels etc are not upto mark but yes there are good quality products with new construction quality and the prices we know is close to 20 k per/sqft like Sobha , Godrej meridian , joyville , puri emerald bay etc and the are ready to move moreover , these developing area will be better planed than delhi with new infrastructure that is why the prices are going up even government invested a lot on the development so the India’s GDP can grow and yes there will be a point where the price will reach its limit but it’s not now .

Mujhe lagta hai max achi buy hoga Ganga 85 bhi 😊😊zyada better hai mai aur zyada dhur bhi nahi hai iski location say phir bhi signature global ka payment plan interesting hai waise yeh signature global essa payment plan nahi laati .

2024 is similar to 2011 when lot of projects launched and delivered in 2018 at same price...so 20k rate today will remain same after 8 years as well😂
