As law graduate and property dealer from last 35 years. Suggest plz do not give any one the power of Attorney. Bsc you are still Owner of the property and whatsoever act the Attorney does. the owner of property is liable and face suppose if he (The Attorney) took a big amount as loan on this property. And not pay back .the owner of property will face a big problem bsc the whatever act does Attorney he does the all act on behalf of the land /owner. So plz advocate sahaib reconsider it about the power of attorney matter once again. Don't mind it. Thanks.

معاہدہ ہوتا ہے کہ فلاں تاریخ کو باقی رقم دے کر رجسٹری کروائے گا ورنہ پیسے ضبط سودا منسوخ تصور ہو گا ۔اگر مقررہ تاریخ کو رقم نہیں ملتی تو کیا سودا منسوخ اور پیسے ضبط کیئے جا سکتے ہیں یا کوئی اور صورت نکل سکتی ہے۔
@@Legalissues.786 مرا ایک پلاٹ رجسٹری دس مرلے موقع پہ آٹھ مرلے ہے۔میں نے قبضہ لیتے وقت ناپ نہیں کی تھی۔اب معلوم ہوا یہ کم ہے ہمسائے نے دو مرلے قبضہ کر لیا تھا ۔اسی ہمسائے نےمجھے فروخت کرنے والے کو پلاٹ فروخت کیا تھا ۔اور اسکی وفات کے بعد ہی دو مرلے قبضہ کر لیا تھا۔ اسکا کہنا ہے آپکی زمین سڑک میں ہے۔ موقع پر بھی سڑک منطور شدہ سے زیادہ ہے۔ قابض اپنی ملکیت کا ثبوت نہیں دکھاتا ۔اسکے بقول اسنے کسی سے ایک مرلہ لیا تھا مگر رجسٹری نہیں کرا سکا تھا ۔اس کیس کو کیسے پرسو کیا جائے جواب دے کر مشکور فرمائیں۔بہت بہت مہربانی ہو گی۔
There is no stay order scope in Norwegian law, even we must pay income and sale tax first than can go to court. If we win the case, tax department will refund the money with mark up. In Pakistan the companies didn't pay melty millions sale and income tax with stay order for decade to the Government and court didn't follow their stay orders.
Property Law needs to be revamped. Transactions on the actual price - payment on black white be done away with. - process formalities be simple for ownership involving one window operation.

I have one question as you know now a days people are buying property on Internet through property dealer especially overseas customers if property dealer committed fraud.,e,g, if customer sent 100 rupees and he deposit only half of the amount. This is only example provided we have all proof through the bank. What law say about these dishonest dealer. We remind him many times but all in vain. Thanks.
