The volume quirk is has been fixed on my usbC version. They are incredibly detailed. I listen at 2 notches under full volume and live music sounds very live, while studio music sounds very revealing with full bass down to the sub. Pain - De la Soul ft Snoop you can hear the background singer's breath into the pop filter as well as the sub bass. That's not the sort of thing you expect out of earbuds. I checked back with my Fluance SX6 (92dB sensitivity) and Yamaha RX-V385 and you can't hear it on my stereo (at -14dB)... though the stereo has a clearer low end. At -12dB the vocals become sibilant and still no pop filter sound. Ultimately you want the clarity in the mids. If it wasn't for the bt lag, I'd use them for playing keys in GarageBand. Sadly, none of my bt devices can. You could probably mix with these on the go and be able to bring the little details out though obviously you'd have to go back and address the bass level with something more neutral, and not earbuds. No noticeable lag in youtube. Call of Duty Mobile works fine. Definitely worth the $100.
I have two sets of these in 2022 and the sound is crisp and has great bass compared to anything in the $50-80 range. The only flaw is that the ear buds are a bit heavier and bulkier than most buds on the market.
The mic quality was very good. The look and color I like it. My brother in law has the tower speaker and it’s loud and clear
I got these a few days ago and I’m super impressed with the sound. I think a lot of companies still use Micro USB because it’s a cheaper part. I was disappointed as well. Either way I am very happy with these!
I heard of them, actually my friend has a pair. He just got them today so yet to hear he likes them. I have 6 different earbuds so far Samsung earbuds has my vote so far. Good review though as always

Biggest disappointment of the sabbat e12 ultras is they WILL NOT reconnect Once you walk out of range......

My favorite wired headphones were always the Clarity HD headphones from Monster. I was always able to get them for $20 and for the sound, best deal around. They did a great job producing the original beats as well before the deal was made with Apple.
Bro!!! I bought 2 of those in the past for $40 bucks each. Well worth it. I used them for everything. The most clear wired buds EVER! Background noises come to life on low levels. AMAZING!

I just received this eaphone now. There is no separate volume control in this earphone, its only phones volume. I don't know how you found separate volume on this device

Try testing the Monster clarity hd airlinks, they have usb c charging and don't have the stems and I think they sound great. Best earbuds to me for under $100. Much better then the 102s
Was there really crowd noise in that test? It seems to be none. If there was then the noise reduction is very impressive!

How about giving a look at the Tronsmart Onyx Neo? On paper, for its price, seems pretty hard to beat. Oh! And usb-c too.
I think the separate volume control is a pro instead of a con, u can choose to drive the ear bud or the phone.
So would you choose these over the Liberty Air 2’s? No USB C, no wireless charging case, and no touch sensitive controls for $10 less? What are your thoughts?

Liberty air 2 and I’ve tried a bunch from Best Buy. These are great and I paid $90.

I wish Monster would have just improved the 101 airlinks, they looked great except for the earwing design and micro usb. I wish the earbuds were shaped round like a lot of other wireless earphones as it is the most comfortable design in my opinion

How is micro usb such an issue when everyone probably already has several micro usb cables at this point?
Because they take more time than type-c to charge!! Not that much of a issue but it's considered an old technology compared to type-c.
Honest answer? Because people are lazy on what way to plug in the cable. USB C just goes in.

If your hard case needs a soft case, you've failed to make a hard case.
Hahad them for 2 weeks and in the case stopped charging the lights don't come on in the front when you plug it in and I send them back to Amazon and got my refund

Gamesky not really sure why. Sabbats ultra have all the goodies and actual bass maybe I never got a good seal but lyperteks just really underwhelmed me in the sound department.

Captain BroadSword they had a crisp sound but they just kind of left the bass behind. A 30 dollar pare of soundpeats true capsule had better bass. I’m a bass head so I may not be the best source but they were just a little underwhelming for what I was expecting with Gameskys review (not blaming him at all I just prefer a punchy bass and I missed the part of the review where he said they didn’t really have that).

You mentioned the same problem with volume for the clarity 101. Maybe you can adjust volume on the 101 same as the way you adjusted volume for the 102's to get better sound?

Companies don't pay attention charging case... Charging case is important, there are bunch of good earbuds that I liked but due to their rough case (specially thickness of the case) they have no chance.. For example I don't care much my case is able to charge my earbuds 3, 4 or 5 times,, even 2 times is enough.. I need a slim case like Airpods'.

No Aptx or AAC?
That's my question too. The description on Amazon says nothing about that and that's a huge determining factor in whether or not I would want to purchase these. I listen to mp3's on my iPhone which are mostly AAC. I've found that a lot of wireless earbuds don't get loud enough when I play these songs via the iPhone music player app.
These can get very loud cause it has dual separate volume control setup but i can sync them on ONEPLUS phone settings. The thing is will the audio quality be transfered clearly with no APTX and AAC.
I emailed monster, hoping they would respond, i would definitely purchase right away if confirmed with aptx and aac.
Are there any $100~ TWS that have Apt-X LL or Adaptive Apt-X for portable gaming? I'd get the Sabbat or Lypertek, but I don't think they do LL.

After full charge i could listen only 20-30 minutes of music at max volume then Left side disconnected because it is discharge already ((( Bad product I will return it by warranty

You can’t go wrong with either one, I have both & use both, I listen to the pro 2 more often, it does have better base, but I also like the liberty air 2 also. Sorry I did not get back to you sooner, I did not see my messages for UA-cam. If I had to choose between the two I would go with liberty 2 pro.
