It's Okay not to be Okay: centers around a lot of characters that are on the spectrum, going through their individual stories, but mainly highlights are borderline psychopathic children's book creator
Beauty Inside: a story about a famous actress who suffers from some supernatural curse where once a month she has to live in a different body for one week (including different genders, ethnicities, ages, etc).
Mr. Sunshine: this is a bit of a long drama, but I promise the outcome is unlike any other drama out there. It's set during the Japanese imperialism period in Korea and centers around a Korean-American soldier and a Korean female sniper. It's one of the 3 Korean dramas to have made me cry in the past 10 years of watching kdramas.
