Hi! Your videos helped me pass on my first try last year! Ty! Question, so, there are continuing courses that I need to complete before renewing? Im not due to renew for awhile, but if I do have to take continuing classes, how early can I start those classes? Thanks again! 😁
Hello. Thank you for this video. I’m having trouble at the add course section. Where do I find these courses? I’m so confused regarding this process. I really appreciate your help. Do I need to purchase these courses form somewhere prior to adding them? I noticed your in Fair Oaks. I’m in Carmichael. I appreciate your teams help!
Good afternoon! You need to complete the continuing education courses prior to renewing with the DRE. We offer the courses and once you complete them, we issue a certificate of completion. The certificate will provide you with the course numbers and dates needed to renew with the DRE. You can order our continuing education program here: www.accreditedncschools.com/continuing-education I hope that helps, but please feel free to contact us!
Hi Christina, you are unable to practice while in the grace period after your license has expired. You will want to complete the CE and pay the fees to the DRE ASAP so you can keep practicing!
You will want to complete your continuing education course before 10/08/2021 so you can renew with the DRE on-time! We offer the continuing education if you would like to use our program: www.accreditedncschools.com/continuing-education
For the part where you put your broker license number, what if I haven't hung my license anywhere yet? What do I put then or will I have to hang it first then renew?
You do not need to have a responsible broker to renew your license! You cannot practice without having one, but your license would still be active and considered NBA ("No Broker Affiliate"). Thus, after you have completed your continuing education and renew with the DRE, you will not put a responsible broker on the paper application or input one on eLicensing and then the DRE will reflect the NBA on your license. The DRE is your best resource for this information though, but hopefully this pointed you in the right direction!
The CE requirements are the same as they were four years ago, so you will want to complete 45 hours of CE! You can check out our program at: www.accreditedncschools.com/continuing-education
If you are practicing and have a responsible broker, then they will need to sign RE 209. Otherwise, you can renew online using eLicensing and they can confirm you on their eLicensing account!
@@accreditedschools ya i did elicensing and no signature required by the agent. I did have to input brokers email and wait for the broker to sign then it auto updated. Appreciate the feed back.
