We suffer because of our identification with our thoughts. It is as simple as that. We all think our thoughts are who we are and we let them drag us along like a rapid river. You can just walk along in the street looking at people and you can see them all having conversations with themselves in their heads. Instead be present to the moment, look, touch, smell, listen. It is all about being aware. Once you are aware of being aware, you have everything.
Yes, what we say, and think goes out to the universe, and then comes back. They both have more power than we know. Words are very powerful.

And still coming back to listen again and again, because it reassures me in life, calms me down and gives me faith. I even sometimes have tears how profound this is. Over thinking can lead to suffering and fear. Control your thought or your thought controls you. Sometimes to much thinking of things can make you happy or unhappy. Yes there is two side ways in life you got to balance everything not black and black white and white need to balance its up to you how you make it but for sure balance is most you need to be a great individual..not each sides.energy is need to get balance and harmony..itz the true essence of things balance everything.
