    Nice work, as you said not perfect but miles better than it was. Make sure you change those tires lol.

      yep - swapped out for a new set - and ended up doing the disks as well

    was the oil light on when you cranked it for a while?

      First time dark colour from the first empty with no sign of particles, after first run with new oil > then dropped > looked like a clear amber, then 3rd drop after all finished was looking fairly new still but it had only done about 100kms to and from the work shops and road worthy center. So I'd say another two weeks of clean running and then check again.

      @@xCruelRuinx yea I have an 03 zx6r and have had oil light issues after changing the oil every single time i do it. Have to burp the filter and mess with it for a bit to get it to prime again.

      @@ryzen397 Thanks for the info - I'll have to keep an eye on it - from a dry drop, new filter, pre filled the filter till it was full and then attached, then proceeded to fill oil to engine to its correct level with the cap off to allow any excess air to come up from inside - is that what you meant via burp
