I forgot 99.9% of all the things I had to memorize in college & school. When I enter the job market, they ask for money-making skills, instead of random book stuff. if you are a human then learn skills that people are paying for. Instead of wasting your time on schools or colleges.

My biggest mistake in life, one that I am only able to realize looking back right now, is that the only thing I focused on in the last 16 or so years is formal education, marks, projects, assignments and the worst of all attendance. I wish I had done everything else rather than just getting good grades and being a good boy. And now I see many of classmates at the same position as me or even doing better than me which makes me question the purpose of my existence.

I really don't know, but when I observed my 18 year long education life (14 year school + 4 year engg college), I understand that all of the bullshit tasks are preparing us for a Job especially MBA consultant job. School & colleges assignments are preparing us for deadlines etc. You must got the idea right ?

wow I too just figured it out recently. All of the grades, the IIT and IIM tag of the employee are actually for a branding required by the consultancies to attract their client.
They do at times prepare you for the grind. But they waste a lot of your time.
This would make much more sense if they let you work on your own thing sincerely and complement that with their curriculum.

Hey Varun, next video on How to nail Execution! please, I have been struggling with procrastination, even though when I start to learn something, say video editing, there are things like "I should rather study for my tests/exams" going on in the back of my head and when not, I watch videos(any video that gives me some value) on youtube, read good stuff on Twitter, scroll reddit etc etc
Instead of scrolling or "getting" values allot that same amount of time to ur endeavour .
If you have to waste your time sitting in the class because of the attendance, might as well do it properly. That’s what Varun talked about in the video.
By doing this, your exams will anyway be sorted more or less.

Well, I can totally relate to this video. When I did my 10th there was complete peer pressure to take the stream you love studying and everyone was telling me some kinda blueprint that if you opt for science then you will do Engineering and then MBA and then my life will be perfect as a fairy tale. But I hate the fact of the education system that we have to buck up everything to pass the stupid exams.
After being fed of this I concluded that I need some kinda skill to master. I always liked marketing so after high school, I learn digital marketing and during that learning period I came across Varun Mayya and his book called "PAJAMA PROFIT". It blew my mind and gave me many AHA moments about my career.
It's been 2 years now, I've been working as a marketer since then and working with multi-million dollar businesses through freelancing. It's sort of funny that my school peers are completing their grads and I've been earning much much high and polishing my skills every day without boundaries.

I do not agree with taking notes n assignments from first benchers part of the video. Being a first bencher and someone who’s on top of all assignments and notes, I’d say please don’t mint our hard work in exchange of your coffee and friendship. That’s a very pathetic move. It won’t make u any less evil than someone who bullies us all year and approach before exams. The only difference is that it’s easy to figure out the true intentions of these bullies, while you guys just take advantage in name of friendship. So we don’t need your sympathy code and friendship in exchange of our hard worked assignments and notes. Work hard yourself. We also have to build skills so it’s also equally difficult for us to manage college and practical experience. Yea but if you have something equally valuable to provide in exchange of our notes and assignments, then the deal works. Ain’t nobody wants your fake friendship with the motivation to just get our notes and assignments. And let’s say, even if you are a good friend, we can help you once or twice but not always. Because let’s be honest here, it’s our hard work, we cannot give it out for free.
