Agreed. The lack of pretentious attitude is definitely true. Msg'd his FB a loooong ass fanboy scribe about the positive difference his music has made in my life and to my immense surprise I got a really positive, friendly and caring response back from the man himself.

I was just thinking that he sounds similar to Jurassic 5, as in, I don't know, his whole flow. Then I see the J5 costumes at the end and find out DJ Format provides some of his beats, who also works with J5 on some of their beats :). Good stuff.
Abdominal is an excellent MC, makes DJ Format a lot more enjoyable. The song is excellent but it's a shame they recorded the video in slow-mo for the fast bits, I'd like to see him do it real-time.

@PlottRacing This is pure lyrical genius. It doesn't need to be battle raps as in freestyles in the alley spittin bout bangin your moms and bustin caps. The flow is rediculous, his punchlines are dope, and Canibus is originally from Jamaica, not Canada.

Yeah very clever. My view is that perhaps he timed the rap and his steps in a rehearsal so that the extras new when to come into camera on their timed cue.

touching on sprchimp`s point, i`m in no way a hip hop expert but i do like anything original and i think really has something that other rap records don`t have,the combo have created a great sound here.

this guy is great. Some days I wake up(US), listen to the radio and can't believe what is played on the stations with "new popular music", its almost always complete garbage. Guys like Lil Wayne, and the list goes on and on...all terrible. Immortal Technique and Abdominal are the only real hip hop artist currently in my opinion.

I have no idea in which way Abdominal identifies. He could be a person born to Jewish parents but has no belief in religion.
Also, there are Jewish ethnic groups. Take the Ashkenazi for example.
