- Jennifer Aniston is there for her dad, John Aniston. The "Friends" icon made a surprise appearance at the 2022 Daytime Emmys on Friday and paid tribute to her soap legend father for his Lifetime Achievement honor. Jen recorded a heartfelt video message which played onstage at the show, and she reflected on his fifty-year TV career which includes a long-running role on "Days of Our Lives" as Victor Kiriakis.

I love Jen Aniston but let's be real... she had the right connections through mom and dad, as her mom was an actress and her dad is an actor. At least she is way better at that not to mention as a person than say Paltrow who has surely used her own connections to get work in this business...

If someone has the opportunity to use the resources they have to further their career and mix it in w their hard work, go for it! So long story short Joey played a actor in days and they used a lot of the actors on days to make it more realistic also I felt it was a really sweet tribute to her father on friends as well as current

This is even 'tougher' for LTAA recognition! :D This actor has been in this career for 50 years? Importantly, he's now 88 years old too. Not seen more than one full segment of (even) 'Friends' ;) But I think this ensemble will wait too - meantime, appreciate all the other awards.:)

I had no idea that she, her father, and a homeless person were making an adult film when this happened. It was a wonderful scene with him, Jennifer and an uncredited Cambodian boy who was born with his heart on the outside of his body. I guess it got a little rough and they ended up paralyzing the poor boy. Theds kids father dragged old man Aniston behind a car until he was nothing but a carcass, he stole the man's spine, went back to Cambodia, and is now smoking opium through the pipe spine, in a Cambodian jungle. If anyone is thinking of going there, in an attempt to get a toke off the spine, its rumored that the spine but is in the lower Mekong River delta, happy hunting, Spine hunting, good luck boys!
