For PP/AE users trying to transition to using DR/Fusion, and the lack thereof of tutorials, You are seriously helping a ton of us to make the switch and we cannot thank you enough.
This is honestly the most impressive effect I have seen so far. Seriously time consuming and requires a lot of effort, but is really impressive. I'm only kind of sad of the fact that a lot of hard work goes almost unnoticed by viewers who can't comprehend the effort that was put in making some effects.
I really appreciate that… and you’re right people don’t know the amount of effort that goes into it until they have to do it themselves haha. I think the right people notice the amount of work though. Anyways, cheers! Hope you had a good weekend!
@@JamieFenn Heh, yeah we do indeed. But then again, entertainment is like fine dining - people put in a lot of work in the kitchen, exercising great experience and skills, so you could eat an "ordinary", yet delicious steak in 10 minutes. Great tutorial, dude. I had the thought that if you wanted to have the transformation take place in the same location (like a movie effect rather than a transition) you could use the background of the jeep through the whole sequence and drop the background of the white car. Use a second clip with a background and lighting more similar to the first clip, add some color grading and film grain and it should look pretty smooth.
Okey now that is interesting... CooL So many ways you can use this! inspiration, inspiration, inspiration.... mm.. or was it location location location... Great stuff as usual thank you! Keep up the awesomeness! CHEERS!
Man i love your videos ❤much love, i just have a recommendation : just tell us how much ice do we need to cool our pc after this like for example this video needs 2 ice cubes to cool
Hahaha actually it’s not too bad for this effect because we’re working with still frames! And if you need to render in place that REALLY helps playback.
Too good I have literally watched all of your videos can you please tell me the name of the sound effect of transformation? I am unable to find that specific transformation sound 0:01
hey Jamie, i decided not use your template (not hating, i just don't have the money), how do you keyframe the masked out object, i am trying to apply davinci resolve's shake effect but the effect is still not working, can you help me?
Yo brother this is amazing but I run Tinto the problem of sometimes re-creating these effects but I need the DR payed version. Do I need DR studio to do this effect?
Hello. Everything works fine in the script, but the motion blur doesn't work. How can I fix it? In other nodes built in davinci resolve motion blur works without problems.
If only photoshop wouldnt cost as much monthly, probably a fun projekt i would follow. Maybe ill just take a picture of the scene without the car or whatever imma put there and it should work as well
@@JamieFenn Dall E doesnt work as well or lets say does a bad Job at it. It might not be noticeable since its only a few frames visible but it doenst feel as good.

Is this transition done in resolve premium ?
Amesome ! ❤
Thank you 🙏🏼
You did it at the free version ??

How Can I make the Macro/shockwave movement manually?
I'm just 13 and don't have money for that😅😮
In the viewer after I add the macro, the part isn't moving but instead the mask is moving. Could you provide any help with this?
How to use Grab Still if I have 2 monitors? I have another PC with 1 monitor and it works good
How did you remove the background at minute 8:19 ? When I connect the media to the background, it disappears completely.
Me too, i think we have to use magic mask for each part of the car
How did you make that shaky effect and how to save that preset
If u can provide tutorial...🙏
is there anyway to do it without buying the shake.. because I dont have a bank acc... and the davincchi shake is just not working...
Yesssssss!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Please make tutorials on bikes too🙏🏻
same process ...
It's the same principle...
Too good I have literally watched all of your videos can you please tell me the name of the sound effect of transformation? I am unable to find that specific transformation sound 0:01
It's a combination of sounds. Go to the link for envato in the the description and on the website for sound effects type in robot lol
nice cant even do this bc you have to PAY thank you, wish i could do this
is there any other way
You can animate every part by hand or use camera shake, but that’s up to you if you don’t want to buy my simple plugin.
@@JamieFenn its not letting me animate it by hand and i don't know why
It will. But it will take even longer. That’s why I made a preset..
hey Jamie, i decided not use your template (not hating, i just don't have the money), how do you keyframe the masked out object, i am trying to apply davinci resolve's shake effect but the effect is still not working, can you help me?
Note: Position of the camera is as imp as angle of the car. It looks bit choppy because of the position.
can we do it with the free version ?
can i do this transition in the free davinci resolve version?
help someone!!! When I remove the background it removes the whole thing and doesn't leave the car! I've tried everything nothing works!
Yo brother this is amazing but I run Tinto the problem of sometimes re-creating these effects but I need the DR payed version. Do I need DR studio to do this effect?
no, you don't need DR studio
Is it possible to do in the free version?
Yes
@@daankersten9494 how
@@daankersten9494 wow really? Will my GPU/CPU survive lol?
It's really not that much on cpu. Especially if you follow exactly what I did.
@@JamieFenn Thanks man. How is it even possible you posting that good tutorialsss. It's greatt!
Yoo sick tutorial can you make a tutorial on car locked effect
Already have!
@@JamieFenn oh then I have some more tutorial to request
where can i get the sound effect of the transforming part?
Is there a way to get the shaky macro for free?
i was thinking the same thing bro
Epic. Question: How did you do the transition used at the very start of the video, that transitioned from the preview to the tutorial?
I made a couple videos on it. I think I cover it in my “3 fast and easy effects”video
Cool, thanks!
WILL, this work if I was doing a fashion transformation?
It will work on anything
need this tuto for After Effects
Naaaa make the switch 😏
bro where do you get that music and which genre is that?
Probably be more interesting using the same car but the car gets upgraded.. Proto effects anyone? 😎
Can we use the shaky effect file also in adobe premiere pro?
No just Davinci Resolve
Only if i could afford that shake , ahh it hurts
It’s 3 bucks
@@JamieFenn you know its hard for a non earning student to spend 3 bucks on a single shake effect
We were all there. When I needed money to buy things I got a job. Even when I was in school
Hello. Everything works fine in the script, but the motion blur doesn't work. How can I fix it? In other nodes built in davinci resolve motion blur works without problems.
I got it. We should change it like this:
Input1 = InstanceInput {
SourceOp = "sauce",
Source = "MotionBlur",
Default = 0,
},
Input2 = InstanceInput {
SourceOp = "sauce",
Source = "Quality",
Default = 2,
Change to:
Input1 = InstanceInput {
SourceOp = "xfShake_3",
Source = "MotionBlur",
Default = 0,
},
Input2 = InstanceInput {
SourceOp = "xfShake_3",
Source = "Quality",
Default = 2,
Can u give those 2 stock footage link pls for practice
Check video description.
I downloaded many transitions and graphics from envanto but how to install them?they are appearing in my fusion tab but not in edit tab
Each pack has installation instructions.
why the transformer macro sauce not free :(
