Long distance works, but they don't work forever, unfortunately I took too long and lost her, but I remember surprising her, flying to her and that feeling of her jumping into my arms and kissing me will never leave me. It seems to get stronger the farther I stray from what used to be. Keep loving people. Love knows no distance.

Many people think that long distance relationship wont work. But for me it works. Its just a matter of loyalty and perseverance so that a relationship will last. My girlfriend and I were LDR for 3 years. I was working in Italy and she's in Australia and we even hardly talk to each other because were both busy in our career but our relationship remain steadfast in each day of our lives. I find it’s the habit we formed that makes breakup hard, you eat together, watch movies, cuddles, shop together, share highs and lows etc, and losing that companion all at once is hard in a normal relationship. However with long distance relationship, you don’t experience that loss too obviously.
