I passed my test in the same test center with 1 minor. The route is the same routes my instructor took me practicing and 70% of it on my actual driving test (test start on the Port Tennant area) same as the video but on mine the Satnav did not do that weird thing. As you enter the port tennant route, it tells you to go left immediately. The key really is don't rush. Observe and stay 2-3 miles under the speed limit or slow down if its unsafe. Specially the port tennant route where you go down a hill, easily goes over 20mph. Took my time when I was driving on the test. Didn't gave a faff on the traffic behind and at one point a van raging and honking behind me. The learner in the video seems to have started rushing knowing that they were on the way back to the center. He ignored the give way sign with the blue car on the way to the roundabout. I had a similar scenario where I missed the Give way sign on the last 3 seconds near a road joining a main road and I saw the examiner raised his foot for the brakes. Good thing I was going slowly and saw the give way sign on the last second (saw the examiner's foot reaching for the dual controls too) and I pressed the brake just on time and stopped on the line. Have I not stopped. That'd be a dangerous fault. the road in questions is when going back to the Test center via Bridge Street joining the main road new cut road A483. That small side road is where you enter to join New Cut road but you have to give way to traffic to your right. As you then continue to the new cut road, middle lane takes you to the st. thomas lane which forks to the right to the docks which is the way back to the test center.

Thank you , it was so helpful
Hi, a subscriber called 'Blue' asked if they failed at 22:33 for running a red light.
No that was a green filter
This video is 24 mins long does that mean that the test is actually less than 40 mins
The learner should have driven the examiner to Barry island as soon as he realised the major fault occurred
How about the 4:03?turn right is it they did wrong line ?
mate, i think it was fine, look at the bus obstructing the lane
So did they pass
This person failed @ 18:48, for not 'giving way'
@@drivingtutorials855 what u on about where ?
@@wiskdhd Look on the ground, you will see the give way line, and the car that was coming had right of way
But that blue car was in the right lane???
@18:48? they should have given way, the blue car had the right of way, and has the option of using either lane.
@@drivingtutorials855 thank you that is helpful
