Cebu has lots of Vegan restaurants so as BGC (Bonifacio Global City) in Manila so as Makati City. If you’re in a budget go to SM mall super market, Ayala Metro Super Market or Robinsons Mall. The grocery vegetables and Fruit sections have salad and fruit kiosk which you can pick your own veggies or fruits. Then weigh your plate or bowl like in the good old USA and you pay for it to go. 😂🇺🇸Happy Holidays and safe travels wherever you go👍

If are vegetarian... we are NOT vegetarian nation. FYI. The best food Philippines can offer are MEAT. There are Hajal. Tausog cuisine I can recommend personally. We have tofu, popiah, all-vegegies spring rolls. If like Ensaladas. Ilocandia have the tastiest boiled veggies dipped in fermented anchovies. If you randomly finding best place to eat IF YOURE NOT A VEGAN... JUst like what the great foodies said... Eat where the Town Public Market is.

Most big and modern casual/fine dining restaurants in Cebu now offer vegan options on their menu. Even Rico's Lechon which is mainly known for lechon, they also offer vegan options. So when in Cebu, don't be swayed by the name of the restaurant. Chances are, there are vegan options on their menu.
It's hard to be vegan here in the Philippines but I have seen a shift lately when it comes to healthy eating and new restos doing just that. This is useful info so you might want to edit your title wih adding 'for Vegans' (where to eat .... for Vegans) or put some keywords referring to it and name of place or area ^-^

Vegan lifestyle is not so popular in a meat-eating country just like the Philippines and it is kind of expensive for the locals when you rely on restaurants. If you want to live longer the Filipino way, you should observe the daily diet of middle and lower class Filipinos in the rural areas. The food they eat and how they prepare them with basic non-processed condiments such as rock salt, coco vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, tomatoes, and red onions. Simple foods yet healthy with lots of edible leaves, bamboo shoots, fish, native chicken (not fed by commercial feeds). ALL REAL ORGANIC. NO B.S.

if you tell them you are vegan, you can ask them to cook for you. Meat is expensive and they think that's what westerners want. You can ask them to cook any dish for you they way you want with vegetable version without meat and dairy.

Cebu has lots of Vegan restaurants so as BGC (Bonifacio Global City) in Manila so as Makati City. If you’re in a budget go to SM mall super market, Ayala Metro Super Market or Robinsons Mall. The grocery vegetables and Fruit sections have salad and fruit kiosk which you can pick your own veggies or fruits. Then weigh your plate or bowl like in the good old USA and you pay for it to go. 😂🇺🇸Happy Holidays and safe travels wherever you go👍

If are vegetarian... we are NOT vegetarian nation. FYI. The best food Philippines can offer are MEAT. There are Hajal. Tausog cuisine I can recommend personally. We have tofu, popiah, all-vegegies spring rolls. If like Ensaladas. Ilocandia have the tastiest boiled veggies dipped in fermented anchovies. If you randomly finding best place to eat IF YOURE NOT A VEGAN... JUst like what the great foodies said... Eat where the Town Public Market is.

Most big and modern casual/fine dining restaurants in Cebu now offer vegan options on their menu. Even Rico's Lechon which is mainly known for lechon, they also offer vegan options. So when in Cebu, don't be swayed by the name of the restaurant. Chances are, there are vegan options on their menu.

It's hard to be vegan here in the Philippines but I have seen a shift lately when it comes to healthy eating and new restos doing just that. This is useful info so you might want to edit your title wih adding 'for Vegans' (where to eat .... for Vegans) or put some keywords referring to it and name of place or area ^-^

Vegan lifestyle is not so popular in a meat-eating country just like the Philippines and it is kind of expensive for the locals when you rely on restaurants. If you want to live longer the Filipino way, you should observe the daily diet of middle and lower class Filipinos in the rural areas. The food they eat and how they prepare them with basic non-processed condiments such as rock salt, coco vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, tomatoes, and red onions. Simple foods yet healthy with lots of edible leaves, bamboo shoots, fish, native chicken (not fed by commercial feeds). ALL REAL ORGANIC. NO B.S.

if you tell them you are vegan, you can ask them to cook for you. Meat is expensive and they think that's what westerners want. You can ask them to cook any dish for you they way you want with vegetable version without meat and dairy.
