Every time he said, "Stunning" I took a shot. My friends had to call 911.
Hysterical
😂😂😂
I counted 13!
LOL, I was thinking the same thing! 😂
ill play that game ha ha ha
This is one of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever seen. 😍
Stunning. Imagine coming home from a shopping spree at the first enclosed mall, Topanga Plaza, driving in your 67 Newport convertible. Wow, what an experience. With that atrium, the play of inside and outside is boss and groovy.
This isn’t usually the type of architecture I like, but this is a pretty interesting property. Especially all the outdoor spaces.
Really beautiful ✨loved it
Elegant. So beautiful - zen like home!
Was the owner the Interior Decorator? Such unique ideas!
Perfect! Mucho Gracias for this unique tour 👍
Love ❤️ the flow of the house it’s centered around the atrium ❤️
Wow, loved this home. So eclectic!
It's always hard for me to imagine someone wanting to leave a place like this. Thank you for the tour!
My pleasure Doug and thanks for the comment. The homeowners enjoyed their home for many years and and now in a better place…
How does one get better then This 😌
@@fee_ic4981 with more money

That is a lovely place indeed! Nicely done inside too and so unique!
Thanks Alan, a really interesting house. I love mid-century modern.

Very cool. Only a few little things I would change.

My dream home! ❤️ Now to find the millions I need to buy it. ☹️💔
Keep attracting what you seek and you will have
Wow
There was a tiny door- how could you not open it
Love the steel and lucite staircase. Master tub too.
Client would be happy to hear, they commissioned that alteration!
I like the house already .
that entry console table is also Lucite
I love this place..
Most homes from the 60s were amazing
Have to agree with you Kathy. Many great “contemporary” homes came out. It was transitional modern of its time. Ranch houses and modern homes became one and there were some good ones!
@@AlanTaylorRealEstateGroup i look back on the homes from old movies with Doris day and rock Hudson with round about drive ways and a pool I always said I want ca home like that even in my home town in canda theres still many great homes from the 60s kept up
It's so beautiful but I feel a bit nauseous from the spinning camera angles.
I love med sentury home I do have one love it they all unique
Stunning. Haha!
The owner really created something beautiful there, I hope the next buyer will show as much regard even for all those living plants and little fish that will remain behind. Personally I was good until we got to the accent wall full of creepy masks.
Beautiful home but can’t imagine watering the property with all the water restrictions
Agree. But many of the plants are succulents, on drip and are draughts resistant!
I think I saw this property on tv a while back- it was a pain to get the trees in with a crane.
Beautiful representation of Mid Century Modern, BUT, needs more blue 😉.
A little crammed but BEAUTIFUL
What was the little door for off the kitchen
Sold for 1.65 million in October 2020.
Salute to the disyner
Where is this…? It is, indeed an awesome place.
exterior, house plan seems in 70's or early 80's with new interior
So busy comfy artistic but a piano an acoustic electric keyboards…karaoke 😅…y seem difficult to clean😢…iam old retired dude…y love painting singing playing musical instruments y cool theatre sound systems …love your speaker systems y vinyl player…etc
Beautiful,
But it would be better with less Radiant color and more light and bright colours inside the house.
Obviously add on ventilation and natural light source.
4620 Blackfriar
This is correct
@@AlanTaylorRealEstateGroup what’s the square feet ?

Cardio, brother... Cardio.
What was behind the little door in the kitchen?
Hi Janice, it was storage under the stairs, and quite a bit of it actually!
And the top eria belongs to the house down there ?
It sure does! It’s a street to steer lot, but the lot above is smaller and there’s a telephone pole and set back requirements which makes developing that part more challenging and expensive but guessing for $250,000 one could put a structure up top.
the furnishings could be improved. Nice home and location.
LOve the exterior color!! Would you know the name?
Hi Paola, unfortunately I don’t! Some of the photos are helpful if you want to have your designer color match.
Walls of glass, otherwise known as windows 😆
😆
I live in a house with a wall of glass. Yes it is a window, but I do think there is a distinction 😄If it takes up the entire wall and does not open, it is a wall of glass.
Please make the next videos at EYE. Level please felt like I was looking from your hip 😩

I guess I need a few cleaning ladys
Nice house but doesn’t look like a mansion to me though.
90% of the video you have the camera aimed downwards.
Made me sick to watch with the camera being moved so fast.
The "neighbor" looks "interesting." The Maps street view of this listing makes you think, "What on Earth???", when you swing around to view the opposite side of the street. See for yourself.
True, for some reason Google maps has the property off of another street!
Sorry, I almost puke, you are swinging the camera with your actual eyes speed.
He was out of breath towards the end. Somebody needs to do a little bit of cardio
The bones of the house looks OK ( nothing special)
But it's chocking with ( stuff)
Is it stunning? 😅
Nobody entertains friends in the kitchen.
Not in this kitchen! Designed to be its own space which was beautiful in its own right, had great access to the outdoor patio!
On what planet lol?
The kitchen is the heart of the home! Every gathering I have thrown (and have attended) always ended with everyone gathered in the kitchen.. ALWAYS!
@@Its_Buffy_B-tches The house was built in a different era, so that’s what you get. I believe the backyard entertainment area being kitchen accessible was the trend.
@@Its_Buffy_B-tches gross. I hate kitchens.
Nice home for a bulldozer.... Not so much move in ready
By reading a great many comments I can only decide somehow the video that all of you watched was not the one that I did
Im Not stunned 🤪🚬
Forest inside??? Puffer much??
Omg how horrible and old is this house! A lot of things 😱..
You need to take notes from enes your commentary is terrible.
Nice house …mansion nope
This house sucks! The layout gives me vertigo
Confusion house. Terrible architecture
There is no such thing as "terrible architecture", it's just a creation of somebody who got a different taste and view. There is such a thing as jealousy or just plain ignorance, maybe you know it...?
Stunning. Stunning. Its more victorian than modern with all those choppy tiny rooms. Stunning.
@@sharksport01 there's really nothing victorian about this home at all. It is mid century design with a touch of Frank Loyd Wright.
You have to be a lover of mid century architecture to enjoy this home. It's not really confusing it's designed very well - the deep low rize stairs are a treat. There is no wasted space in this home, but with only one narrow hallway at the back it may seem a tad confusing as there aren't seeable hallways between any of the rooms - and there are a lot of rooms. Pretty cool home!!
That was the architecture of the time. It may not be open plan bye modern standards but the quirkiness beautifully makes up for it.
