Duh, just typed a whole long question asking whether you've had yours weighed yet and then seen the reply below. We just had ours weighed last weekend - 3240kg fully loaded, but we still have the shower room to finish (just the top layer, plumbing and toilet cupboard to go) and some drawers and a few other things, so we'll need to be careful.
