They can't really brother as the window is just for one month. So it's gonna happen in a sole centralized venue for next 5 years at least. Then it'll depend upon the popularity and growth of the league so they can start thinking of having a longer league to accommodate home an away format. Welcome to the channel brother! There are a few logistical issues for the HIL right now. They have a very small window, so conducting the tournament across the country might not be possible. But yes, marketing and promotions could have been a lot better. Would have helped create a better buzz around the tournament.
