- Welcome back to the channel in this video I head out to a creek with the rocker box and my daughter for a quick day session to see what we can come up with. We end up with a nice amount of gold and some nice pickers thanks leave a comment like and subscribe
One of the best gold prospectors in Australia! Much more enjoyable and better than some of the bigger channels from there.

Thanks for showing that rocker. I kind of have something similar that someone made for me that homemade. I should really try and use it. I never did because I never seen how to use it. This will help for sure! Stoney :)
Thanks Stoney my very first video I use an old wooden rocker it’s way better than the new one but very heavy but made from an 1850s plan and u don’t need much water

2.4 grams is an excellent result for a day trip. The fact that you got that with a rocker box, and not a highbanker, is even better. Nicely done!
Not aloud to use here in NSW but ok in Victoria
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting - I know a lot of people (me included) who have not had a 2.4 gram day ever, so it's a great result, no matter the method used. Catcha : )
I think that is what I said in the video that 10 % of prospectors get 90% of the gold is true .It’s knowing where to try and speed in panning gets u on the gold by the end of the day

Hi Glenno, very nice video, how wonderful to be panning for gold with your daughter and to find such nice gold. The rocker is cool. Very funny your statement that in Australia you not only feared snakes and poisonous insects, but also had to be careful not to be killed by trees. That's how it is in the wild Australian bush, we in Germany only have to fear the trees when prospecting for gold 😁🤠... Best regards from Munich, Jens

That rocker Box is probably the coolest one I've ever seen over here in the States I've only seen wooden ones that were home made that thing is super cool I think Kirk was showing me 1 he wants to buy 1 and have a chip over here that thing is awesome. U got some really nice gold

One thing I think I would have a hard time getting used to ,is your water situation. I'm in BC where it isn't an issue but you guys have that to deal with.

There are still a lot of creeks I have not tried and want to but speed of test panning usually by the end of the day gets me on the gold and if not next lol😆

Lol the way I go prospecting is a random 4 or 5 days that I suddenly have because of work and do 3 or more videos and before the weekend head home with my half ounce or more gold for my troubles lol 😂

Nice, Glenno. I always liked the Rockerbox for low water situations. We've been using "Bucket -Rigs", recently in the States 🧐see my "Buckets Plungers and Gold"👍‼️😎🍀🦾⛏️🪠🇺🇸😉
