Surprisingly not too busy! There are people around (which is good for the general atmosphere), but no sense of overcrowding. You can always find a place to sit in a restaurant, and you don’t feel like you are shoulder-to-shoulder with people at the beaches, etc. Glad you have experienced the wonder that is Agistri!! 😁
