An example of another "Odd investor" Warren buffet invested in BYD in 2008. He waited ca 12 years before he saw ....... MASIVE gains. But for 12 Years he was patient as the stock price just tethered around the same price as he bought it. I am afraid we will need to have some patience with Nio too.
Im not worried with them my average price for all 3456 shares is 14 dollars I been in this drama a long time but it's all just what will be will be at this point I've had many winners like nvda pltr amazon meta cava etc my nio shares have cost me nothing but earnings
I recently sold half my tech stock holdings due to all-time highs, leaving me with $400k. Should I invest in ETFs now or wait for a market correction considering potential inflation?
From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
I will never understand people who prefer buying electric cars without the battery swap system. It seems to be a pleasure to install a charging station at home and to constantly check that the battery charge of your car is not less than 20% or more than 80% etc…A car should not be a burden
It seems like you're referring to a UA-camr who is critical of NIO, possibly influencing some viewers' perceptions negatively. It's true that negative commentary can sometimes create fear and uncertainty in investors, especially when the broader picture isn't always fully considered. For investors who understand NIO's fundamentals, the volatility or criticisms may not have the same impact, as they can look beyond the noise and assess the company's long-term prospects. It's always important to research thoroughly and approach such opinions with a critical mindset.
It is ODD that shorts are unable to see that battery swapping is the only solution to range anxiety, inconvenience of charging and battery degradation. I can't believe that the shorts are so stupid?
these swaps can be done less than a minute and I know how to do it at half the cost. three swap stations would replace a twenty pump gas station! If I could talk to head of NIO
Made a market analysis on battery swap (in general, not brand related) and while it would be an excellent double business model to NIO, for the car owners (or the leasing companies) its is a liability: depreciation does not apply to the battery under BaaS since the monthly fee remains the same over time. Thus, the car has to take the whole depreciation of the vehicle including the battery. As a result you see many used NIO BaaS cars at very low prices, 40-50% depreciation after just two years and still not selling (Germany). And those leasing companies into NIO will have a hard time findig clients for their used NIO stock since the BaaS is dramatically "eating" into their leasing fees.
please explain how this makes any sense for personal owners. It seems the opposite would be true. I can understand for businesses that lease Nio vehicles they can't get the depreciation on the batteries but everyone else benefits...
I personaly think the big investors give a shit about the „youtuber“. They even not knowing this Community. So most of the BS on UA-cam does not change the Stock price. It is more a biased information source for the retailers to manipulate the small investors
@@TheOddInvestorlots of bashers out there today. Oh well. Nio is not for weak hands' all i know is that all signs point to be a turning point. Starting 4th quarter earnings
Amazing still dead wrong about why Nio's share price is plagued and you still don't get it today. The paranoia amongst retail bag holders is amazing to watch some of you guys will tell yourselves anything to soothe the pain of being dead wrong. Xiaomi will be profitable by the third quarter of this year, has US$21 billion of cash on their books and they can't make cars fast enough trading right around the same share price as Nio. No one cares about your "moat" that is a giant black hole of losses every 90 days. They care about profits and once you see XIACF turn a profit later this summer the share price will go ballistic
If you are so sure of yourself, why are you watching Nio youtube videos so religiously. You should do what you are convinced of and stop watching these videos and waste your precious time.
@ at this point it's a psychological experiment watching you guys slowly lower yourselves into the grinder saying "it's all right everything will be OK!" I very sure of what I'm doing I buy companies that make me money which is why I'll just keep owning Tesla making money hand over fist
