BANDMAID IS SO UNBELIEVABLY IMPRESSIVE THAT I ALMOST DON’T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE HOW AWESOME THEY ARE! The last time that I felt this way is when I first heard “I Want to Hold Your Hand” on the radio from The Beatles in 1964!
I was introduced to Band-Maid because of you guys, your analysis is on point IMO. I have heard Baby Metal before this and though they sound great, Baby Metal is a totally different vibe. The singing in baby metal doesn't complement the music, as does Band-Maids, but is more a side note. Also I love listening to all female bands whose music as a whole feels complimentary and complete.
Love Band-Maid and I think I have a crush on MISA :D You can't be more cool than she is! "Onset" is the natural step for you now! When you go on to Babymetal, please do Rondo of Nightmare (with Mischiefs of God intro) live or Road to Resistance live in japan.
I just discovered this band like 3 days ago. They are amazing. And it is fun to watch all reaction videos too. The only thing that bothers me is, that nobody seems to get the genre right. I don't think this is metal or hard rock. The song structure reminds me a lot of Punk. Listen to Sum41 for example. They sound very similar to them. And the song structure is very close to 90s punk like Sum41, blink182. Very catchy hooks and choruses. Lots of transitions and changes in pace. Very happy music. I like it a lot. Hope to see them live one day. Sadly I kind of didn't know of them earlier, bc they were apparently doing some shows in my country. Next time I know.

They consistently produce great music. Here's a few from their catalog: Onset (Instrumental - Live), Take Me Higher ((Live) - Great Duel between Kanami and Misa), Real Existence (Video Performance), Gion-Cho (video as Band Maiko - different and compelling), Rock in Me (Live - Miku on Lead Vocals) - The overwhelming majority (98%) of their songs are very good to incredible. Others include Glory, Alone, Choose Me, The Non-Fiction Days, Puzzle, Don't You Tell Me etc., etc., etc.

So i found them in 2013 but saw the outfits and didn't listen. Then my daughter was listening to on set and I was like who the hell is that oh my God phenomenal I couldn't believe when she flipped her phone down in front of me and it was band-maid pretty huge fan ever since and I learned not to judge a book by its cover unfortunately my daughter was the one who had to teach this to me
Top band.
BUBBLE and for a little bit of fun MAIKO MY LIPS.
Good reaction.
Secret MAIKO Lips should only be followed up AFTER Secret My Lips :)
@@somejoshthing if you want to be technical, sure, but I think either one is fine. I like them both.
@@moriganbecks4811 Oh yeah, absolutely, love them both! And the newly remixed version on the new Band-Maiko EP sounds even better!
I was just thinking they wouldn't "get it" if they only saw "Maiko" without "My" first, but you're right - it'd be enjoyable either way. :)
@@somejoshthing that makes sense
#beardfish this matter of mine
I'm not giving up on this one. You will love this great prog rock tune. They are from Sweden.
Hope you're into Kaipa and The Flower Kings too. Maybe Karmakanic, others.
Just discovered you two, and I love your reactions to Band Maid. Also, you make an awesome couple!
Thank you Charles! We so appreciate your kind and thoughtful words. You rock.
Much love ❤️

NEXT ONSET BY BAND MAID FULLY INSTRUMENTAL UNRELEASED SONG
LISTEN TO BUBBLE NEXT!!!! it’s a different sound from them but it has an amazing sound mix and structure.
I didn't like Bubble at first, and it's now one of my faves. Amazingly creative and well-done song :)
@@somejoshthing I loved Bubble from the first bar. I think it is a well crafted song as well. Glad you came around on it. :)
@@autoxjunky it was just too different from what my faves were at the time. It IS particularly well crafted, but definitely has a different feel than a lot of the stuff before it. Threw me a bit, and didn't know what to think at first. But yeah, I came around quick after a few listens, and I think it's one of their more creative songs, it's great.
athaz697 I was the same. The first time I heard it I thought it was a decent song but the more I’ve listened to it the more I like it. It’s my favorite song of 2019 so far.
@@charleshendrix3137 Screaming is mine, hands down. I adore how heavy it is, so much, the solo is just over the top insane.
But yeah, Bubble is definitely in my top 10, maybe top 5. :)
You're doing reactions to B-M heavy songs, it is time for a curve ball, maybe?:

Love the fact that you are true to yourself and know what you are talking about 👍.
Puzzle & Anemone (accoustic) would be amazing aswell
@@AnotherMetalGuy Let's wait with that one a little bit longer so it can hit right in the feels.
@@soverin1488 how about start over XD
@@mono.5810 Kel-n-Rich said they are doing reactions from prog rock to metal, so Start Over doesn't fit for the genre 😎 .
yep, every face just lights up in ten seconds. they are just that good
Part of me hopes you've been checking out all their music but part of me hopes we'll have a ton of Band-Maid reactions when you decide to come back...
Your on the BANDMAID train.
Just wait til' you see them live!
Next time you guys watch #BANDMAID you should check out Puzzle or Secret My Lips!
Next song Bubble please.
Elijah Hoyt with baby-metal, I honestly prefer the lead singers solo songs.

Happy journey
Quickly becoming my fav reaction couple!!!
Thanks Brian. Check out our playlist. Lots there to choose from. Just getting going! Only 37 days so far!!!! Rich
You should do “non fiction days” by them love that song

#MarysBlood Marionette another amazing all girl japanese metal band
Like everyones said
Onset
dice is a great driven song and the bridge let's the listener catch their breath for a moment or two before getting back into the fast lane.
Well you found the country where metal has gone to revive.
Better just leave a reminder for #Versailles - Masquerade.
*Lovebites - Shadowmaker* Japanese all female Heavymetal English
Edit: pick the full video.. Japan has the quality rock and metal music.. sharing the love to all
You should try "Daydreaming", it's slower but they are fantastic musicians and songwriters so the song comes out great. Fantastic guitar solo too
The founder of Band-Maid(Miku) has a goal of world domination, and she's not joking. Maybe the song "Domination" should be your next Band-Maid reaction... ua-cam.com/video/xmxEuQXTHUU/v-deo.html

"Drummer with 9 appendages" ... Ha ha ha..... It is the land of the tentacle fetish after all.....
the band is GREAT at using pauses! :)
Akane Misa and Kanami started Piano 3 years old . They are multi instrument play.
Band maid is like a mix of Guns and Roses, Nirvana, and Led Zeppelin that got changed into Japanese women on PCP. Band Maid is my favorite Rock Band of 2020 and I was born in the 1960's. WOWZERS> MORE PLEASE....
