My partner and I stayed at the Bell Tower room during my first staycation in Mumbai and on our 2nd staycation, we got upgraded to another suite facing the gate of Mumbai. Love the hospitality there.

It is truly a relief and satisfaction to see this hotel revive and become an extraordinarily beautiful hotel. Hopefully, this tragedy will never happen again, and this hotel will grow bigger and carry a message of peace and brotherhood. Congratulations to the heroes who sacrificed their lives to protect the guests.
I have only stayed at the Taj Palace once, for 4 days in January 2019. The hotel staff were fantastic, very helpful, extremely friendly and polite. It is one of the cleanest hotels in India The food was the best I have had in India, and the breakfast was the best I have ever had anywhere in this world. This is one hotel that everyone should stay in at least once in their lifetime. Yes it is very expensive but this luxury is worth it once in your lifetime.

*I was 9 when that heinous 26/11 terrorist attack happened and I remember feeling so scared despite NOT being in that situation.* But the live news footage of constant bombings and firing from the hotel, Indian Army black commandoes landing into the hotel from a helicopter kept entire nation in frenzy. So many foreign tourists were also trapped within and the Taj staff did their best to protect them as Terrorists usually target Americans more. *Kudos to the Taj Staff back then out of whom many even died while helping patrons.* Condolences to all victims, Om Shanti🙏🏻

卒業旅行でインド行きました。ここに最終日一番やすい部屋に宿泊予定だったけどダブルブッキングで。お詫びとしてこのホテルの一番すごい部屋見せてもらい他の五つ星のスイートに泊めてもらいました。こちらではお茶、ご飯と伝統舞踊を観ました。30年前なので曖昧ですが、見学した部屋は螺鈿細工の家具や宝石がついた孔雀のブランコ、噴水がお部屋にあったりすごかったです。白い大理石のロビーで美味しい紅茶、ラッシー飲んだの覚えています。また舞踊が凄くて皆んな感動して泣いてた。ご飯も超美味しくて世界一のインド料理だといまだに思います。
思い出させていただきありがとうございます。お部屋がゆったりしていたり、ビュッフェはお食事バリエーション沢山あって素晴らしいですね、みんなおばさんになったけどあの時の友達誘って行きたいです。
